The food is not cooked well. I love KFC chicken but this is the worst chicken I've ever tasted. I don't go there . The chicken is over cooked and burned .I haven't had KFC since I moved back here . I love KFC but this chicken is bad.

Observed staff handling ready-to-eat food without gloves. Even when pressed about it, they insisted they were allowed. They did remake it with gloves on when I questioned it, but this is gross. Reported to Pa dept of Agriculture.Not sure how far that’ll go - but I’m definitely done here.

We ordered on the app a 16 piece extra crispy bucket. Unfortunately they cheated us out of all 4 breasts!! Sure they threw in crappy thighs! Not the same! Not even ask if we want to substitute??!! I woulda cancelled order! $50 wasted!!

We got 4 Dr. Peppers, and 2 $20 Fillup Boxes, and it was great. ??Parking: It was average parking lot; it could be re-pavedKid-friendliness: 3 kids ate with the take-out and they all loved it.

For some time now, I have tried and tried and tried to get chicken from here, and the chicken is gooey. The biscuits are extremely hard, and we tell them. Still, we get the same results, gooey chicken. And hard biscuits. For a franchise restaurant, this is really poor quality and corporate should intervene and see if they can help this place get their standards up to par.

stopped by to try there new $20 special and it was a great deal.the staff was super nice, and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wanted to stop and get a quick bite.

Just paid $12.00 for a 12 piece nugget combo with fries. The nuggets and fries were so dry and hard it was like chewing on stones and a tree branch. This food is not fit to be given away for free more less charge working people hard earned money for. If I wasn't so busy I'd turn around and come back and ask you to eat it. Shame on you for serving this to the public.

Let me start, working 14 hrs a day isn’t easy and don’t want to cook after being on your feet. So what did I do, I stopped at the KFC in waynesboro at 6:35pm on May 2nd. 2023. I order two nugget meals with Mashed potatoes and slaw! Mashed potatoes and slaw fine but once’s I went to eat my chicken nugget it was almost eating chicken that has been sitting in the bottom of the fryer for weeks. It teased nothing like chicken, just old oil. With the cost of everything being so high I was hope I didn’t have to toss my food out but I had to. I couldn’t even eat what I just paid for. Thanks KFC!

First, let me say, the cashier, Brenda, at this location in Waynesboro, she needs a new job. She obviously can't stand her job. She made our experience with KFC unenjoyable from the start. No smiles, no helping with order, nothing. As if that wasn't bad enough, we had three adults in our party. Ordered the nuggets and a 8 piece meal. Cost our party $51.04!! The nuggets were horrible. No meat, just breading. You'd do way better with McDonald's AND McDonald's is cheaper. The fries were brown. The crispy 8 piece was also brown. So, the oil needed to be changed. The large sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw were only half full. It's the worst we've ever experienced. Also, the dining area had not been cleaned.

The Colonel would not be impressed. Everytime I come to this KFC the Chicken tastes as if it has been sitting in a warmer for hours. The skin is soggy and falling off, and tastes like the fryer oil is long past due to be changed. After my first couple experiences here i figured it was late or just a one off but this is strike three for me and will never be back to this location or any other KFC. You would be better off buying from a grocery store or gas station.
