Every time have eaten there we are greeted, seated wonderful food BUT the servers serve your glass by holding from the top of the glass where you drink from, they do use chipped plates, which is concerning.

The food was horrible and in my udon I found a caterpilar in there and I also rat tail in my food. The udon was also slimey and I would reccommend to not dine here if you are ever in the area. When we were also trying to get a table, all the tables were dirty and was also cleaned after a complaint.

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful, the service was fast and friendly, and it was clean. Adding to my previous review. Again we had a delicious dinner - but really want to give a shout out to Octavia, she is an excellent server- a great addition to an already solid customer service team.
We have always enjoyed going to Masa. Over the past couple months the service has been slipping. The wait time has increased for indoor dining-you are seated immediately, but it doesn't appear to matter on how many other guest are there it is slow. Most recently ordered take out and one whole meal was missing and when called they didn't even have the meal ordered (it was on the ticket taped to the bag). Hopefully, service can improve but I don't think we will be going back for awhile.

One of our favorite places for sushi and Asian cuisine. We probably go there at least once a month for the past 3 years. Everything is always good. My usual is the lunch sushi 3 rolls. Sometimes I try something different, my bf is more adventurous with what he orders and I pick off his plate when he tries something new. Haha. Staff is always pleasant and they know us. I take friends there and recommend it when people are looking for a sushi place near the Walmart area of Waynesboro.
FYI - it is BYOB. Also, be aware that they just raised prices as of Spring 2025.
