This establishment needs a whole new team of managers. Everyone blames the kids working but yet I can go to DQ,Wendy's or BK which is also heavily staffed with teens and I'll get my food in a timely manner which tells me it's not the youth but instead the people in charge of leading them. Nothing will change until people start contacting corporate and leaving reviews. Yelling at teenagers is not the solution.

It's McDonald's. What do you expect? I like that you can order from the app, and it is brought to you. Update: This location has gone seriously downhill. Your order will be wrong. It's filthy inside. Don't waste your time or money.

Horrible my dad got food from here and the fries were not cooked all the way and always cold. and also a few hours after eating I got terribly sick and was puking for hours and got sent to the hospital. Again yesterday my dad got himself food and the fries were again not good and cold and my dad is now very sick and throwing up. I’m seriously disappointed and extremely mad they need to shut this McDonalds down there is always something going wrong

Forgetting sauce is one thing. Lying straight to my face saying sauce is in the bag just for there to be zero sauces in the bag is a different type of bad service. This generation of kids sure is dumb. Smh.

it makes me so sad that they can’t make a decent iced coffee. i used to be able to add extras for free to get a decent drink but now they charge extra for everything.
I have ordered many Fish meals and my order has been messed up so many times I asked for my fish sandwiches plain no cheese and no tartar sauce on my fish sandwiches and cheese and tartar sauce are on my fish sandwiches when I get my order. Also I ask for a large French fries and a large sprite I get a medium French fries and a medium sprite. I have order pancakes with sausage and two extra sausage patties and 4 Hashbrowns I get one sausage pattie and one hashbrown. Also I have asked for no eggs on the platter with my pancakes and sausage they give eggs. They messed my orders up too many times. I would not recommend going to Waynesboro McDonald's. I recommend going to Greencastle, Hagerstown and Frederick to McDonald's. Bad management and rude employees. They need to get better people to work at Waynesboro McDonald's and to pay more attention to people's orders. I get really mad when my orders are messed up.

I would give them no stars if I could. Almost every single time I order food from this location it’s messed up or missing something The staff is unprofessional and always seem to have an attitude. I’m standing inside this location right now (bc they messed up my order) and 2 staff members are arguing with each other right in front of customers. I don’t have this problem with any other McDonald’s location. Only Waynesboro.
