Ordered large smoothies twice, received a medium both times. Called the second time, told them it was a medium, they swore up and down that’s just what their large size looks like for those drinks, I told them we received a large before and this was clearly a medium just for her to tell me I never did..how can you tell me what I haven’t got before?😂 Just for comparison, i also ordered a MEDIUM frappe which was the correct size, so tell me why all the cups are the same size and they all say MEDIUM on the side? Genuinely hilarious, I wish it let me upload a picture here because I 10000% would.

I was at McDonald's today went through drive-thru the one worker had to lick his fingers take out money which is disgusting you can have a wet washcloth for stuff like that or something knowing that you're working in a fast food restaurant regardless if you're dealing with money or not.

This store is so unorganized my boyfriend ordered off the mobile app at 5:35 and they didn’t reach out until 6:45 to say unfortunately we have to cancel the order completely. They really need to figure out the system or hire more employees. It’s all the time that food is always wrong or cold whenever we get the food.

I shouldn't have to wait this long (25 mins) for a simple order of a burger, fries, and a drink. Something that they should be doing all day long. It's McDonald's, everyone wants to eat here, but no other restaurant in PA is as slow as this one.
Unfortunately McDonald's is close by. What is hilarious with the continuing Chronicles of insanity. an employee was in the back WITH a huge tissue sticking out of his nose. I don't know what to say, I'm looking at the supervisor who is talking to him, and is oblivious to the mass of tissue covering his mouth and chin protruding from his left nostril. REALLY?? Can someone from McDonald's please explain this one?

90% of the burgers i get from this location look like this. these pictures are of 2 different burgers i received. i don’t even know how you manage to do this 💀 it always looks like they punched my burgers before throwing them into the bag. i have to very carefully unwrap the burgers as to not get it everywhere.
the food itself is alright. unfortunately this mcdonald’s is the closest one to where i live now. if you want better food, go to the thurmont mcdonalds.

Just left this location. According to our receipt we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. I thought maybe they were understaffed and struggling.... nope. 5 different people in one area all talking and laughing. I could literally see my order sitting on the counter but they were too busy joking around and hanging out to give us our food. We waited 25 min for literally no reason other than lazy staff.
