Tabitha at the Starbucks in Waynesboro, PA is absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me figure out why my coffee suddenly started tasting off (it turned out to be related to a medication), and instead of brushing it off, she genuinely listened and worked with me to find options that would suit my palate. That level of care is so rare.

She is beyond kind, friendly, and patient, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I pass multiple Starbucks locations and intentionally go out of my way to visit this one — and it’s all because of her. Everyone at this store is nice, but Tabitha consistently goes above and beyond in a way that makes you feel remembered and valued.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Starbucks is lucky to have her.

I generally avoid publicly discussing personal matters, but I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Starbucks location in Waynesboro PA. As a regular customer who visits daily, the staff is well-acquainted with my usual order. Recently, I experienced difficulties with my bank account and credit card due to a hacking incident. Consequently, I had to replace my bank card and credit card, and I have been locking my credit card as a precautionary measure. After changing all my passwords, I visited the bank today to obtain a new debit card. Later, when I stopped by Starbucks, I realized I had only one new replacement credit card with me, along with a new password, and I had left all other cards at home. Assuming it was unlocked, I attempted to scan it, only to find it was locked. Following several unsuccessful login attempts, my account became locked. I informed the barista at the window that I needed a few minutes to retrieve an alternative payment method. Even though I told her I would go home and get my purse money and pay, she refused to let me go. However, she kindly offered to provide my order complimentary, demonstrating exceptional generosity. I felt embarrassed by the situation, but the staff's kindness was truly appreciated.

I stood in the waiting area for at least 15 minutes without anyone asking what I needed. I watched everyone else being served while I was ignored. In the end, I had to raise my hand to get someone’s attention, even though I was terrified because the staff did not seem welcoming at all.

The staff at this Starbucks this morning were stellar & efficient. They were kind, courteous & cheerful! Thanks for making a great cup of coffee and adding cheer to the day as well! I ordered a caramel brûlée latte & egg bites.

Customers are an imposition, even if you are the only one trying to get served. And I don’t appreciate the lack of greeting either. I won’t be back. Luckin’ Coffee is going to eat your lunch!

GRACE MAKES THE BEST DRINKS! She’s the most loyal employee in this store, swear she’s been there for almost as long as it’s been open (unlike others that are revolving) she busts her butt and goes out of her way to make the customer feel seen! The only reason I still patron Starbucks at all is for her. They should give her a raise!

I ordered cold brew with extra foam and got this. When I asked if I could get more foam I was told no they can't add more. This is how it looked when they handed it to me. So I guess extra foam basically means no foam? I love that i paid extra and somehow recieved nothing. This is not the first time this has happened, I'm just fed up enough to say something now. I won't be back. I'm done. Lesson learned I'll stick with small businesses.
