Plz explain to me how all the Starbucks near my house have no strawberry puree. This is the 7th time in the last 1.5 weeks that I've gone to get my drink and they don't have the ingredients. Once I use up my card and stars I'm def not coming back.

Loved this location! The guy with the beard is experienced and tolerant of entitled customers who believe they're worthy of graciousness despite being rude. I waited 6 months before deciding to take the time over a busy season to comment on the behavior of stressed people dealing with stressed people. The guy with the beard is the best. Guaranteed perfection and hilarious encounters. Anyone who says otherwise needs to check themselves. 5 out of 5 recommend. I drove out of my way by an hour to use this location.

The order is never ready on time, most employees are nice but the bearded young guy with light brown hair is a condescending ass. He doesn't listen and if you try to talk he says that's great after every word instead of behaving like an adult. Never use the app to order, seems to slow them down even more. The order is right sometimes. If you go simply to carry a star bucks cup around, great. If you go for good coffee and good service, try another coffee shop. Waynesboro has many, several within minutes of this crappy Starbucks with obnoxious employees at the window. The bearded guy brings down the entire shop. The Danish are dry and the coffee is more often than not grainy.

I work in the shopping center where this location is and frequently get orders in the morning with the mobile app. For the 3rd time this week the lobby isn't opened and they refuse to give me my order even though it's paid for. The app says the lobby is open but once you go over it is not. This needs to be fixed you guys are losing business bad. I will NOT be getting anymore starbucks from this location because of this.
