Subs are good but when kristen is working she ruins it all. Always has the toasters off. Horrible service, constant eye rolling and if you ask her to turn the toasters on you get her slamming stuff around and nothing but attitude. She claims shes cleaning them but I know multiple people who have worked it subway. It doesnt take over 2 hours to do so. Not to mention the awkwardness. She does not talk at all. I completely get anxiety but you should not work in customer service if you dont have social skills. She never says hello or goodbye . She doesnt even ask what you want, she just looks at you until you tell her what you want. It has gotten to the point where if we pull In and see her we normally pull right back out and leave.

Great place but unfortunately the only Subway at the AC&T that did not participate in the Veterans appreciation meal in Waynesboro Pa. I was turned away humbled.
