Have never eaten in this Subway despite walking by in Walmart multiple times per week. However, the Happy Gilmore cup option is about to end and I wanted a cup. Asked for a particular cup (Shooter) and they nicely gave me that one rather than another. Sub was typical Subway but you do get two large cookies as a meal option rather than scrawny bag of chips. This location is within a Walmart. The employees were very nice and patient. Three of us each got a footlong sub. My wife got a 12" Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch Sub ($13.99), my son a 12" Fiery Meatball Sub ($12.19), and I a 12" Spicy Nacho Steak Sub ($12.49). A bottle of Gold Peak Tea for $2.99 was also added. Both the spicy nacho steak and fiery meatball subs are for a limited time only. The ghost pepper bread we got them on, also only for a limited time. I opted out of getting the crispy SubKrunch added to my sub. It had been a while since I last visited a Subway. The memories quickly came rushing back as I was reminded that most of my sub was just bread, some toppings, and hardly any steak. Where did all the meat go? Arby's Has The Meats. Did they come by and take all of Subway's meats when no one was looking or something?

I have to say that this has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. As a customer, I expect a smooth and accommodating ordering process, especially when using an app designed to ease this experience. However, the situation unfolded quite differently.

I regularly place my sandwich orders through the app, but upon arriving at the store, I was met with an incredibly rude response from one of the employees. She informed me that I couldn't place my order as I had intended and insisted that I needed to come inside the store to order instead. This left me feeling bewildered—why should I have to adjust my ordering habits when the app should facilitate this for me?

I even offered to pay extra for a vegetarian patty, clarifying that I was willing to be charged for it. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue amicably, she flatly refused to accommodate my request. This should have been a simple transaction, but it turned into an unnecessary and awkward confrontation over a minuscule amount—just one dollar. It was utterly ridiculous to be treated as if I was trying to obtain something for free.

To make matters worse, she insisted on comparing my situation to an order made by someone else the previous day, indicating that the franchise owner was unhappy with such requests. I couldn’t understand why she felt the need to bring that up. Not only is it irrelevant to my order, but it also left me questioning why she felt entitled to dictate how I should place my order in the first place.

Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I ultimately decided to cancel my entire order. After this experience, I have no intention of returning to this store again. It is genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had

It's my first time in this Subway, and they have various snacks apart from the regular Subway sandwich ?. It was well made, and they are hygienic in preparing their meals. They have a nice and neat seating area, and their prices are reasonable.

Brandon has the qualities I looked for as a hiring manager. He most definitely set a standard of customer service for this location high! Even my daughter said “they were really nice today” this kid was a curly haired breath of fresh hair :)

HORRIBLE!! Ordered online and arrived to be told “nobody told me there was an order” so had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Then got home and she made the completely wrong sub- ordered a cold cut combo and got a bologna sandwich.

This is a pretty good Subway location. My steak was a little gristley, but it's okay. My sub still tasted amazing and the employees there are very kind. Very patient too.
