I was missing the sauces that I paid extra for and my food was ice cold :( i have had a horrible day this kinda just made it worse

The service at this place sucks the manager needs to brush her teeth and get a real job. The wait for the food takes forever I could have drove up the street to mcdonalds ordered the whole menu and came back. This place sucks would not recommend it.

$15 for a baconator combo. The sandwich seemed like a slider. The 100 variety of drinks was cool. The frys seemed life they were laying around for awhile.

Johnny, the gentleman who served us, was energetic, bright, and very friendly. He was very engaging with the customers and made them smile. Service was fantastic and food was delicious as always. I don't typically leave reviews but this was 100% worth one.

Zero stars I’m working and stopped in her to get a quick bite, stood in line with my co worker for 20 minutes and was never served, need to train there workers better they couldn’t figure out one order

My wife and I decided to stop and grab a frosty on our way home from an event. We went inside because the drive-thru line was a bit longer. Once we stepped inside, I immediately understood why. The guy who took our order was wearing sunglasses (indoors) and playing with his coworkers. The guy in back prepping food was wearing a ski mask under his work cap talking ish with employees. When my wife gave the guy with sunglasses our order, he acted as if we asked him for an item he clearly didn't want to make. You could tell he truly didn't want to be there that day.
I rarely do bad reviews, but this one couldn't be ignored. The lack of customer service was a huge turn-off. Yes, we received our frostys and proceeded to leave immediately.
