I've only ever gone through the drive thru at this location, but everyone is always so pleasant. I didn't catch her name but there's a young woman who's a shift manager (she was working this afternoon) who is always so friendly and sweet!

The food was standard Arby's but made a little sloppier than usual. When we arrived several employees were outside smoking. When we entered the restaurant there was a very strong chemical smell throughout the restaurant and the employees claimed they had not used any chemicals recently. There were a few homeless people hanging around the area outside and one did enter and asked for cups of water which they provided to them.

The location of this restaurant is really ideal for me who works in the industrial park off of 21. The prices are a bit higher than normal for fast food in Waynesburg, but are not the highest. The food has always been fresh every time I have visited.
Parking: Parking is relatively easy to access from Progress Drive or 21 West. It has enough spots for their dining room space.

I can eat very little since my cancer surgery. We stopped at the Arby's in Waynesburg. Very good customer service...wanted to make sure that they got our order right.I had a few of their French fries. They were hot, salted lightly, not greasy nor soggy.The restaurant was very clean. We will eat their again.

This is one restaurant. I actually enjoy getting something to eat at where they still know what customer service is and how to treat you with respect, I wish I could say that about all restaurants but knowing how to treat a customer for a lot of restaurants is a tall feat to accomplish, I've have visited this location twice now and both times the same manager was on duty from out of Florida.
