Traditional Dairy Queen. Food is made to order, so it takes a few minutes, but its always fresh. It's clean and the staff is always friendly. Drive through can be slow at times just because they make the food when its ordered.

By far the worst experience I've ever had a Dairy Queen, at any fast food restaurant really. They told us to pull around and they would bring out our food. We sat there for over an hour and still no food so I walked in, they had forgotten to bring our food out and there wasn't any other customers there, so they were not busy. Got out to the truck and they didn't give us the whole order, went back in and they gave us cold food. Very uncalled for, they are definitely challenged.

The employees at this location don't understand their own menu. It's awkward explaining how to make something through the drive through.

This place is so slow & unorganized & i definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

We had new turtle sundae it was delicious but too rich n sweet the girl that waited on us was esp nice and attentive i appreciated her service

Husband came home and his burger was right, my sons burger was right, but my triple flame thrower was only a double with no sauce so some one dropped the ball there...not happy today

We stopped with a sports team on 1/14/25 in the middle of a winter storm. This location is a hour away from home and the kids had not eaten. There were no other customers in the restaurant and it was well before closing. The manager instantly looked irritated that they would have to serve the 7 of us.

After ordering food for the entire team, I purchased a $30 cake for one student’s 16th birthday. Upon asking for 5 bowls and spoons, I was told they could not give them out for free. Even though we just spent a few hundred dollars there on food and other ice cream. I offered to pay for the utensils. The manager said they only come with menu items. Ummmmm….we just bought the cake…

No refunds. And we were an hour from home with an ice cream cake. With no bowls or utensils. She told me I’d have to take the cake and leave, and then she turned her back on us and walked away!

I had to buy another meal and then ask for 5 waters and spoons to “drink my water” with. Finally the teen girl at the counter handed over 5 cups and spoons. Seriously. An entire upset team and an almost ruined 16th birthday.

What horrible customer service from the manager. And what a horrible example she showed to that teen register worker when she made a customer upset and then just turned her back and walked away - leaving that teen to take care of the situation.

My team won’t be back to that DQ when we are in the area. I’ve already let all of the other coaches know to replan their visits to Waynesburg. And I’ve also let my employees that work near there know that they will need to eat lunch elsewhere. That location doesn’t care about customers.

About 5 workers walked past us while we were waiting to order. No one said they’d be right with us or anything. Then when we finally did get our order taken the boy couldn’t even listen. He got my order wrong. Left out a drink that comes with a combo but then tried to charge me almost $3 more for a mistake that he made. Manager Amy needs to find another profession. She is the rudest person I’ve ever came in contact with. She didn’t even speak to say she was sorry for the confusion or anything. Will not return to this location. Had way better experience In Carmichaels PA. Worth the drive to get better service. Also, not very appropriate imo for workers to wear shorts behind the counter.

This DQ is awesome! Most of the time 5 stars. Every once in awhile you have a college age person with an attitude but I don't see them after a time or two. Go to Morgantown DQ's & you'll appreciate this DQ in Waynesburg! Management must be doing a good job.
