I used to think I hated Domino's. I got it randomly one day because it was the best value food in walking distance. Turned out, I didn't hate Domino's, I'd just not been to a good one. This is probably the best Domino's franchise. Whoever is in there at any given time seems to care that the food is put together well.

The worst costume service I’ve seen I’ve ordered a delivery and was met bye the general manager with some vulgar language and harsh abuse. I’ve never had any issues with dominoes in the past ordered numerous times from this location but have never met worse service in any restaurant before tonight

Management at this branch is awful. I overheard them screaming at an employee calling them "retarded". This is not appropriate behavior in 2024. Super unprofessional and hostile. Doesn't matter if the pizza is good I cannot support a business that treats their employees like this.

First visit to this Domino's since I moved to the Jefferson PA. area. Linda was very customer friendly. The food is very good and at a reasonable price and ready when promised. The drive up window is convenient. Overall very impressed with the operation and customer service I received at the restaurant.

I called in at 9:05pm on August 23 and wanted to place an order for delivery and the gentleman taking my information was very rude and cynical. He said Dominos doesn't deliver to my house anymore and when I mentioned do they still deliver to the Ruff Creek store, he said why in hell would be do that ..... it's even further. That's the poorest service I've ever had from any eating establishment in my life.

Called in a delivery order spoke wolith linda the so called manager..was trying to get a delivery less then 1/4 mile from franchise she argued over an address the address was levines scrap yard she then persisted they did not deliver there..WRONG they delivered to said address 2 nights prior to this un called for behavior outta her shes very disrespectful and very unprofessional..WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN PERIOD..all my oilfied friends feel the same way..big loss domino’s lots of business lost..stupid
