Be sure to get a receipt, charged me for a sandwich I didn't order and it costed more. It was convenient for the receipt machine was down and server kept making excuses. Seemed fishy.

The bathrooms are truly embarrassing. There's no toilet paper in the dispenser, and half a roll sits on the toilet, dirty and touched by everyone. The floor is dirty, the toilet is dirty inside and out dirty, the floor dirty, a disgrace. The girl who served us was very friendly, the food was delicious, but the store was very dirty. I can't imagine what the kitchen must be like.

I ordered a ½ dozen Bavarian Creme with powdered sugar for $8.79. They came in a star shape and had very little Bavarian Creme in them!!! Maybe a teaspoon all in one little spot, so most of the donut was dry with no filling. The star points were dry along with most of the donut!!!

The same 2 coffees bought in Cleveland is under 10.00 are almost 18.00 here, that price increase is ridiculous, at least the coffee was good!

Staff are friendly, but usually make you get your own cup carriers and straws for pick up orders.

My friends and I wanted Dunkin in the morning. When the 5 of us came in the person at register seemed mad that we were there and uninterested in taking our order. Most of my friends and I work/worked in food service, so we understood to be nice to food service workers and clear about our orders. The register person was still rude and 4 out of 5 of our simple orders were incorrect in some way. When we told the person in charge she basically accused us of lying. I donāt understand why people donāt treat teenagers like any other paying customer.

What's the point of telling the person being the counter what you want if they are gonna ignore you? Ordered a specific item got the wrong one. Ordered a drink a specific way and got it completely wrong.

They were out of croissants for some breakfast sandwiches, which was fine so for my SO and I we opted for sourdough.
The egg in the sandwich was ice cold and disgusting, the bread was gray and nothing like sourdough. The sausage was the only thing microwaved. Even the sliced cheese was cold.
They weren't slammed and I see why. I guess it's my fault for going to a donut place for a breakfast sandwich. Other dunkins had good food but avoid this one at all costs.
Their frappes are meh. Overall, what a waste of time and money. Wish there was a Starbucks nearby instead.

This is one of the worse Dunkin Donuts. My husband and I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but we have tried every shift a few times. They either need to train their employees better or higher people that are intelligent enough to comprehend and implement the training. They also need to teach their employees manners. The employees at this location need to drop their attitudes. They get angry with customers because customers have the ānerveā to ask if they can fix, their drink. I mean, why should a customer have to pay for something they didnāt oder in the first place, but who do they think they are to get mad at someone cause they were being nice but still trying to explain that they didnāt order (said) drink or they ordered it but it was made so sloppy and or not even remotely close to what it should taste like. I mean, they wouldnāt want to pay for something they didnāt want or order, but their customers should. People act so entitled. I bet, if, their half ass attitude and work ethic came out of their pocket things would changeā¦

If you want good coffee done right. Don't bother going to this location.Your better off just making coffee at home. The employees never give a receipt, never get the order right. Honestly, I think they just don't pay attention at all. It's a joke. I've worked in the industry and it is not hard. I am not trying to be rude but it really upsetting spending money on a place who just never gets it right.
