I roll up to the drive-thru started to place an order for a large beverage and I ask how many pumps of flavor do they get? She answers 4... I said ok can I get 4 extra pumps for a total of 8 pumps all together she says you know there's going to be an upcharge for that I said of course I was expecting the $0.39 per pump I'm used to.. I said that's all.. she proceeds to tell me my total was $9.49.. So on my way around to the window I repeated this price in my head and said WHAT there's no way.. I get to the window and say how much is that extra she proceeds to get smart with me and tells me my beverage is $5.29 I said no the extra syrup how much was that she's going to tell me $3.49 I said what that's crazy no way charging me on this a whole nother drink for some extra syrup she gets really smart with me it says oh of course you already agreed to the up charge it's fine we already made it but yeah it's fine.. if she would have explained it to me nicely that they had already made it I would have paid for it has she been nice about it instead I said no I never mind I don't want anything at all... That's one more customer going to Starbucks from now on..
I wish I got her name however this took place today 8/23/2024 I stopped at 11:30ish..
Also I've worked fast food before I get it it's stressful but you don't take that out on your customers. She should have confirmed how much extra it was going to be at the speaker if that was the case.

every single time i order from this dunkin, i get the same thing. an iced cappuccino with caramel and whipped cream. this is the second time i got my order without the whipped cream, and nearly half way full. for $5.50, the workers need to be trained correctly. i did not pick this order up, or i would have said something.

The old lady was very terrible at customer service,wouldnt tell me ger name and no tag on. Had to make wifes coffee twice, my hot chocalate wasnt edible. Got glazed donuts out back put in box upside down so glaze stuck to box.overall entire store was dirty. BEING NICE WAS GIVING THEM A ONE!!!!

When I’m in Waynesburg for work I started stopping to get my same Large Cold Brew with Almond Milk 11 Splenda 11 SF vanilla shots.. I’ve should have learned by now but today was the 3rd time that once I pulled away n took a sip it’s ? plain.. no Splenda n no flavor like I requested! Come on 11 Splenda n 11 Shots of Vanilla when it’s made properly it’s sweet and that’s what I like.. one time here they made it good other than that it’s never flavored properly! I will never stop here again! 3 strikes and your out! I don’t understand why the workers making it won’t do what you requested and put how many shots/sugar you want.. Today if I didn’t need to be at work sooner I’d def turned around and went back! N complained!
