I went there before and they had no chicken what's there another time I asked for original in a extra crispy the next time I go I asked him if they can dip the wings in the sauce and she said yes and they didn't and they expect me to drive all the way back down there to get the sauce

Horrible place. You order food put extra emphasis on no pickles. Then they announce the order is ready with pickles and then get an attitude when you once again tell them you asked for no pickles.

Arrived at drive thru at 1245. No other cars in line. Ordered chicken sandwich. Was told to park and wait. 25 minutes later, I'm considering whether it's worth it to go demand a refund before driving off.

Dined in and bill was $14.29 & the size of my strips were maybe 2 McDonald's nuggets. AND I was the only person in the store. Never again...PLUS they were COLD!

They can’t make nuggets worth a crap, I called them and asked if they messed up, but nope, he told me their nuggets are smaller than McDonald’s, didn’t say anything about bringing them down for a refund, didn’t deny their nuggets were nothing like other KFC’s, the dude didn’t care, so I wasted 30 dollars, won’t happen again, at least I won’t buy their nuggets ever again, I have ate here before, and it was fine, but don’t give me your dried out nuggets and act like they hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp for 10 hours, they was terrible. I don’t think we even got 12 nuggets, so don’t buy their nuggets people.
I ordered an 8 piece chicken family meal. Once home I put some of the chicken and sides on a plate for dinner. Huge disappointment! Could barely chew the chicken. Was like chewing on leather. Couldn’t believe I paid $30 for this. This is the 2nd time I had a disappointing meal from KFC. No more!

Manager is not a problem solver said I was a waste of time because my chicken wasn’t properly cooked and was soggy and was over charged hung up on me don’t waste your time or money here you will be disappointed. Yes I called corporate because you wasted my time and money ! Learn customer service skills or go get a different job.

Placed online order only to get to restaurant for them to say it was canceled. I advised the order wasnt canceled and my card was charged.. i then contacted corporate to speak with them since manager hung up on me after accusing me of trying to scam them out of food that I paid for. Corporate was able to pull up order and see that it was there and was showing completed. The managers at this property obviously need some training in customer service skills. Corporate was able to issue my refund immediately but would highly suggest a different place if looking for a decent restaurant. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will strongly discourage anyone from going there in the future.
