I have been working NON-STOP all week. I was hungry and decided to run through McDonald's on my way home tonight. I thought they got my total wrong, but it was correct. I was told, "our prices have been increased, ma'am"
$10.58 for a Big Mac Value Meal.
I clearly see no value here.
Shame on this McDonald's
Staff was helpful and efficient. They were cleaning up between filling orders. Seemed to work hard. Just thought I'd mention it because so often we see people standing around doing nothing.
20 plus minutes in the drive thru and had to get to work so had to leave without receiving my order though I had already paid for it. The car 2 in front of me I believe also left after sitting at the pickup window for a long time and never being given their order. Really need to up the staff or let people know at the time of order that it will be a long wait. The drive thru is meant to be a fast in amd out to keep moving to your destination.

The staff goes the extra mile, as seen when they prepared a special order of biscuit and gravy outside of regular hours. Despite some inconsistency in burger quality, the overall experience at McDonald's is positive, thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff.
