Good place to stop if traveling. Drive thru service is wonderful. Inside, the staff rely on customers using the kiosk. Customer area isn't very clean, usually.

I entered the store and asked for a quarter pounder with cheese. No onion, ketchup, pickle or mustard and asked to add Big Mac sauce. The girls the register said it would cost me extra. I asked her did they give me a credit for the other condiments that I wasn't getting , she said no that's just the way it is. So I jokingly asked her if she could bring it up as a plane quarter pounder with cheese and just tell him to give me the Mac sauce and not charge me for it. She looked at me and said no sir. We can't do that with a hateful voice and a hateful look. I said well. Let me see what else I can do. She turned around and walked off and said someone else is going to have to take care of him! The manager Bailey came over and asked me how could she help me as she said it with a condescending tone. She asked me what did I ask the other girl and I said could I get a Big Mac plane with a Mac sauce and not have to pay the extra. She looked at me and said no in a Stern voice and looked at me. Kind of funny. As I was getting ready to order then she turned around and walked off! And everybody behind me knew I was joking and didn't know why she did that! I waited around for a minute to see if I could go ahead and make an order and she wouldn't do it! The gentleman that was with me wanted to try to get some condiments for his fries and they would not come back to the front counter to wait on him. So I came out to my truck and so did my friend that was with me. I looked at the receipt and I called the phone number on it. I asked to speak to the manager and it was Bailey the same one who turned around and walked away on me just like the first girl. I asked about a corporate number. She said there is no corporate number. She said it was privately owned. I asked her for a phone number to contact somebody and she replied she can't do it because of HIPAA violations. And then I said well okay with a? Then she said she doesn't know the number anyway because she doesn't get a check stub and doesn't look at it! This is the first and last time I'm going to be visiting this location! The workers are rude. My friend said the food was marginal at best. I will be calling corporate McDonald's because I know they do oversee the independent owners. I own two corporations myself and if one of my employees treated anybody like this they would be dismissed immediately. So I guess the owners don't care on how their customers are being treated because they lost out on my order and four other people that was with me. If it wasn't for the first person ordering food and got their food then they would have lost out on that one too. Very poor place to be very poor management of the interior.

Employees here are very rude. If I could give No star I would. Was in the middle of ordering when an employee got rude with my kids ,,accused them of trying to break the glass to the toy Holder & all they were doing was touching it like any other kid would, mind you my kids are under 12 if they was being aggressive with it i would have corrected them.. & the other employees went back to the kitchen and started talking shit about my minor kids & treating them like thieves and all these was doing was being kids & touching the glass not breaking it & they wasn't being aggressive or making a scene. Don't you guys ever treat anyone minor kids like that again. My kids were being well behaved. So you know this is already reported..I don't ever wish no one to lose thier job but some serious discipline needs done & I told the kids let just leave and eat somewhere because we're not gonna dine in and be disrespected and have them give us dirty looks.& i deff got smart and said something. Those are my kids

Have been sitting in the line so long that I decided to come on here and leave a review. At least a 30 min drive thru wait and the staff looked miserable. Probably a sign that I shouldn’t be eating McDonald’s.

It always seems a little cold inside, but otherwise, it's usually pretty clean and well maintained. Also, if I was running things there, I would not put a news channel of any kind on the TVs in the dining room, I'm surprised we don't have more hate crimes already because most people feel like the world should accommodate them.

Yeah I bought two plain cheeseburgers large fries it cost me roughly $10 buns we're still the burger was less than 1/8 inch thick you can see through burgers not happy not satisfied can't even make it home with french fries they turn into cardboard should be illegal to charge people for what you're selling it won't receive no more business from me and my friends you should be ashamed of yourself what you're doing to customers you should give more than enough make more money that way the they shouldn't be stealing it
