Said they were open until 8pm, got there at 715 and asked what we wanted. We said a table for 3 and she said dont you see the open sign is off. Apparently they closed early because they were busy and you need reservations. They must be good but not travelers friendly

We were in town on an extended weekend so we decided to stop in for supper. Some rude lady yelled from across the dining room that she was booked full. that we needed reservations. how would out of towners know this? I said there wasn't anything online. she said she was old school and phone call reservations only. once again, if there isn't online info....how would anyone know. Just rude. after seeing the reviews, I'm glad we went somewhere else.

Outstanding food and service! A superb little rustic restaurant in remote, scenic North Central PA. Food was A++. Service was A++. Atmosphere was A++. Waitstaff is very friendly and know how to keep our drinks filled, make good conversation, and provide top-notch service throughout. Well worth a day or half day drive (or overnight stay nearby) to experience this restaurant!

Best food within an hour drive, its just great quality. And the atmosphere features a rustic true log cabin, with a classy but woodsy feel. This is an all around high end dining experience that u will only find here.

Wow, can't say enough good about the log cabin in. Our waitress was nice and very knowledgeable about their menu, the owner was very friendly, the food was good and reasonably priced. It's worth the drive, we will be back.

Wonderful dinner. The staff is as friendly as you will ever find. The food is outstanding. Our party had filets with bourbon glaze and the seafood platter. Perfectly cooked. Make a reservation, it can get busy during peak seasons. Highly recommend. Save room for dessert!

food is nasty, service is terrible, customer service is the worst. food was so bad that I couldn't eat it. we didn't get everything that was ordered. the waitress never came back to make sure everything was ok. owner said that nothing was wrong with my food and refused to make something else for me and the waitress chased us out of the restaurant because I didn't leave a tip. found out that this happened to others too. haven't been back and never will go back.
