No different from the other hundreds of billions of other mass produced cogwheel resteraunts but at least the meal met expectations for the most part.
The person that took my order over the phone clearly sounded like she did not like her job but I can empathize with that since nobody wants to work on Easter Sunday, especially for companies like this one that treat their employees like cogwheels. At least she wasn't rude.
The problem I had was we didn't get the condiments we requested, which I admit is a huge pet peev of mine. But, overall I would recommend this place if you are in town and everything else is closed. That being said, I'm sorry you guys had to work on a holiday and hence the reason for the 20% tip even though it was a carry out order. Just a small token of my gratitude.

First time there and my last. The guy that took our order was a complete douchebag told us that the dining area was closed yet there were people in it when I came back inside to get my Order. Was rude to my husband and myself. Our order was wrong and the food tasted awful. Everything about that place was terrible I will never step foot in that place again.

No longer have servers. You order your food and if you want to eat in, they bring it in a box. Dining area is more like a picnic area now.

Called and ordered, the call sends ya to someone who's not even in the building that takes your order and then claims it's confirmed. We go to pick up pizza and they don't have the order. What a joke..

This place would have gotten 5 stars, but the only downside was we had to wait a little while to get ordered while we saw other families who had just gotten there get their drinks and food orders before us. We understood it was a Saturday, and a busy festival was happening downtown. Other than that, the food came out fast, they had a salad bar ( which is rare in pizza huts), and the prices were good.
Stop here every time we camp at Ives Run. Good service and great prices. Fed a family of 5 for well under $100. Hard to find that anymore.

Waited at counter for 10 minutes to pick up an order ...watched 3 staff walk by me the 4th staff person did ask me to hold on someone be with you...another 10 minutes later they showed up..whole transaction took maybe 2 minutes...crazy!!!

It is typical Pizza Hut atmosphere. Friendly service. It is the only place to get food after 9 o'clock. Wellsboro shuts down early. The Hawaiian pan pizza is very good. They also have beer.
