This was another one of those wondering why it took so long to find this place to go have a meal. I can say this it was well worth the wait. It was a retirement celebration find. A great steak is what I had it the flavor was spectacular. We have already made a plan to go back, the menu is so extensive, there is so many item that sound good can't wait to try someone them.

Loved everything you guys had done with the place!!!! I enjoyed my dinner and that drink too - I think it was called A Donna (Peach Long Island Ice Tea). Surprised by the owner and the great DJ's from KC101 radio station who were there for a drink. Really enjoyed the Cheesecake for dessert!!!!! I hope you plan on keeping up the GREAT food and drinks - please keep the drink A Donna, on the menu all the time!!!

My husband and I had dinner here on our weekend away from home. The beer flight was good, our server made sure we had our food and drinks in a timely manner, and the food was great. The only thing to be mentioned is that it was a busy Saturday night, as to be expected at any popular restaurant. For some reason it seemed a little loud and cramped, I believe because it's a smaller place in general. Overall though, a decent night out.

Staff greeted us at the door with a smile. My margarita was delicious, as was the Clam Chowder. The French fries in the poutine were very salty.
A group of us stopped in last minute. Several of us had dietary issues, but were accommodated with no issue. The service and atmosphere were fabulous. I had the dinner special (broiled haddock) and it was delicious! Would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

I went to Wellsboro House with a large group of 10 friends. We called last minute to come for dinner. Not only did they tell us to come right over, but they had everything set up and ready including menus for our large party in the few minutes it took us to get there. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Welcoming and casual, comfortable atmosphere with great options for dinner. On top of all these great things, the staff took incredible care of me personally. On my way there ny headache turned into an absolute throbbing migraine, to the point of being sick to my stomach. Our waitress asked the rest of the staff if anyone had Tylenol, bringing multiple options and brought me coffee to try and help. They all told me they hoped I was feeling better soon and then again when I was leaving. I could not recommend Wellsboro House more!

Zoey was an amazing server! Friendly, polite and smiling! Dealt with our request to change seats twice! Food was as ordered and delivered promptly. It was VERY busy, but the servers didn't seem to be overwhelmed. What a great place to come for a delicious meal, great drinks and good atmosphere.
