I think it’s wrong that the daycare can just close whenever the weather is a little too cold or we get some snow flurries because most of us still have to go to work and that defeats the whole purpose of daycare plus they charge weekly so they can be closed three days out of five and still charge us for the week I’m glad you guys still getting your money how we supposed to pay when we can’t go to work that’s called robbery

I send both my girls there. They have been going since the one was two and the other was 6 months. The staff is great with them and my girls love it there. Yes, the facility doesn't have all the bells and whistles but my children are well cared for and safe. They communicate well from my experience there.

If I could give this daycare zero stars I would. Do not send your children here. The only reviews they get are from their workers, not actual parents.Staff is incredibly unprofessional, they don't supervise the children, staff to child ratios are continually not followed. We had nothing but problems since moving our kids to the East campus. The so called director has no clue what she is doing. Paperwork is continually lost, not given in a timely manner or not looked at and then you are told your child can't be there because paperwork wasn't completed. One day I went to pick up my kids and there was an infant in the back room in a pack and play completely unsupervised while 2 staff members were in the front in the young toddler area and 2 were outside. The baby had a bottle that had fallen out of its mouth and milk was all over his face. No one even noticed the baby was back there until I said something and then the worker said to the two girls in the young toddler area, "you forgot the baby back there." Staff sits around and just yells at kids. Vague incident reports are given and then the story of what happens changes multiple times. This is a poor excuse for a daycare and should be shut down.

I’ve been sending my two boys here since it opened. They like the weekly themes and special events all the time. The day care sends home family projects that we can complete together, which we love.
