We used to love paradise. Their pizza is still good, but the new management should be embarrassed by their wings. They used to have the BEST wings, now they either send you with wings and no sauce or give you barely any sauce. We didn’t order plain boneless wings with a small side of sauce. I miss the old ownership when their food was good every time.

I DID NOT know this was a RACIST PLACE TO GO TO & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! My mother came in to eat with her family and when they sat, they told us you need to have reservations to eat here & that they were closing at 7 pm?? I called they literally told us “you do not need reservations to eat here”. I always ordered pizza, wings and fries but now I will not be ordering food there anymore. I WILL NOT SUPPORT A RACIST BUSINESS & will post on social media about this place would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone!

I've given Paradise by the Slice multiple chances, but they've continually let me down with their appalling service. They consistently mess up orders and are regularly late with deliveries. The final straw was having to call more than three times to get a driver to deliver our food over half an hour AFTER its guaranteed time. We live less than a mile from the shop, so there's absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence.
To make matters worse, they will avoid your calls if they know they've screwed up. It's incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. It's such a shame that CC’s Pizza burned down – they were reliable and valued their customers. Save yourself the headache and order from 10 West instead. Paradise by the Slice is far from paradise – it's more like a nightmare.

We asked for extra sauce and they just dumped a bunch of sauce on top of the pizza instead of between the cheese and dough, very lazy. Additionally, the cheaper toppings on the pizza were overloaded. We got mushrooms and sausage. It might as well had been a mushroom pizza. The phone line said you must order online, so we ordered online. Unfortunately, the website isn't equipped for pizza and wings lovers. Pizza was basic, tomato sauce was typical and had no favor or seasoning. Cheese was non-existent and the pizza had air bubbles. Online we chose 3 wing flavors for 12 wings. Website allows you to choose up to 5 wings sauces, but the restaurant only gives you one choice that the restaurant randomly chooses. The could have called or let folks know on the site. This is some of the worse pizza and wings I've had in years. Delivery driver was smoking in his car which translates to your food, delivery driver also was 30 minutes late on a delivery and he was reprimanded in front of customers which speaks to service and atomsphere. This matter should have been handled privately not in front of customers.
