This bar has stripped my ability to have a peaceful nights rest. I lived around the area when the bar was closed, it was quiet and peaceful. Ever since it has opened up almost every night of the week they are playing music, loud enough for me to hear what song it is (and I am MANY buildings away from them) patrons outside drunk, yelling, and carying on, well into the early am (1-2 in the morning) I am being constantly woken up by loud guests, people leaving reving their car/motorcycle engines, yelling, screaming, singing, just unbelievably obnoxious behavior that absolutely nothing is being done about. I hate this bar, I hate that it exists. I work over 80 hours a week and rarely have a chance to get a full 8 hours of sleep, and it is constantly being interrupted 5-6 days a week at this point. it is a serious shame how little respect the owners and patrons of this establishment have for the local community. they should be ashamed of themselves, and i really hope something is done about it soon.
I have been, and will continue to be notifying law enforcement of their very clear noise ordinance violations, and will certainly never be supporting their business, and avidly encouraging others to follow me in that. Shame on you.

Ok, so they don’t serve food anymore; however, it’s a nice laid back place to have a few drinks and relax. The bartenders are very attentive and the atmosphere is perfect. Nothing fancy but that’s the way I personally like it.

Lexi is the best bartender ever! I lost my Hoveround keys, she came to my rescue! She took me home to get my spare key, then brought me back so I didn’t have to leave my whip on the corner❤️

Absolutely a joke. If you do not qualify for government programs or you are not in the system don't even try. The best thing about the place is the Spanish speaking contractors that come there. Owner is untrust worthy and head minions that slave to her needs. Spy's and unauthorized Access in your room when you leave. If you're on disability or an elder you're the perfect candidate cause she knows that her pockets will not stop coming in. If she wasn't a slum lord this is a nice building with potential.

Good place and good service Most rooms are being remodeled. And hallway to walk without problems.. They will be opening a cafeteria in the next few days to have a chocolate or a coffee with bread A sandwich too Cheer up

Much improved, no longer open 365 days a year. A l a s. Old hotel dive bar which has recently been re gentrified to some extent, the back dining room has good meals, the bar room is a bit different, not sure as to the status of the colorful characters who live upstairs, have not spent enough time to do a full anthropological survey. Will get back to you on all of this but the Penn Warner in is the place... In Wernersville. Well actually, some other places have cropped up in the last hundred and fifty years. But it's still a good spot.
