Been going here for 30 yrs. No longer a place I wish to patronize. I repeated my request 3 times for clarity. Still got a mixed up order and then an argument about how my request was repeated and confirmed. In the end my expectation of a delicious meal was crushed and instead of a happy mood I was enraged.

We used to love coming here but the food today was really not good. Appetitizers were somehow almost burned, undercooked and raw and seemed freezer burned. They lacked flavor and freshness. The dough parts were raw and stretchy. General tsao chicken had great flavor but breading seemed dry and the inside seemed old and over cooked. Sawdust for chicken inside. NOTHING like it used to be. Our server was really nice and attentive. We won't be back.

Came in tonight for a meal and there was a wait so we asked if we could sit at the bar. We were told that there is no dining at the bar but we could sit and have a drink. So we waited but after about a half hour, we saw a large tray walked into the bar and two people were served food. I approached the hostess who said no one was allowed to eat at the bar but yet people were. This is horrible. We’ve been coming here for 20+ years but this was 100% not cool.

We are very disappointed. We have been coming here for years, not frequently, but always looking forward to it. It was, in the past, excellent. This time (about 2 weeks ago), it makes me think that whoever manages it now is making very poor decisions. We wanted to order takeout. Struck by how few dishes were still on the menu, as compared to previously. We ended up getting a couple appetisers, a Lo-Mein dish, Pepper Beef, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Pork Fried rice. The Lo-Mien was inedible. It was a starchy, disgusting mess. The low-quality noodles had broken into tiny pieces, in a tasteless sauce. The Pepper Beef was boring and bland but fine, not very good quality beef. The Chicken was mostly batter with small chicken pieces, basic pre-made sauce. Fried Rice was fine, except that we requested no carrots, and still found carrots in it. Overall, it was over-salted yet somehow tasteless, poor quality ingredients, and unsatisfying, particularly after paying what we paid. We could have just gone to almost any American Chinese restaurant and gotten the same or better experience. We've gotten Lo Mein multiple times from many different locations and never had it be that bad. Basically left us feeling pretty cheated of a dining experience we were looking forward to. So back to the drawing board looking for decent Chinese take out!

Beautiful cozy romantic place. The food is to die for, sooooo good and large portions, so you will have leftovers. Our waitress was so nice and friendly. Definitely will be back.

Not your your average Chinese Food Restaurant! Very generous portions with phenomenal service! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, as one may not typically anticipate the interior decor! The food certainly was exquisite & I did not leave hungry whatsoever! This is a great place to have a party with friends because it is a relaxed yet intriguing environment to dine at! I highly recommend stopping in here to see exactly what Hunan Springs has to offer!

Ever since my boyfriend introduced this place to me, I enjoyed coming here so much, that I recommended my brother and our friends to come for. It's a beautiful restaurant from the outside, but on the inside, it's even more beautiful. They even have a colorful fish🐠 tank! The workers are good people who make you feel welcomed and want to keep coming back 😊 the food is fresh and delicious. I usually order chicken & broccoli with with white rice or chicken with fried rice mixed with vegetables 💝

Absolutely some of the BEST and freshest Chinese food I have had in my lifetime, I have only lived in the area for the past year moving from northeast Philadelphia and I can tell this is some fire Chinese food. Everything is top tier quality freshness and taste on point. Their Orange chicken is the best I've ever had and Kung pao chicken was very good. The homemade dumpling are simply amazing some of the best ever especially with a side of chili oil. The eggrolls are also very good with homemade duck sauce and mustard. +++++++++++++++++++++
