The parking lot could be constructed in a more logical manner. It’s a tiny parking lot on a busy road that’s separated into two lots. Food was pretty good. I can overlook the parking lot for the food.

We ate here during a glamping trip. We ordered a cheesesteak sandwich, eggplant parmesan hoagie and french fries. We were not expecting much because it looked like any other pizza joint but what we got was very good. It’s very hard to get a good eggplant parmesan anywhere these days but we took a chance. Usually it’s made with frozen breaded eggplant patties. Which doesn’t make sense because you already have the hoagie roll. This eggplant was not breaded. Don’t know if it was prepared ahead of time but honestly pretty darn good. The cheesesteak was very good. It was prepared fresh to order. The steak was tender. The bread for the hoagie was crisp and fresh. The cheese and sauce was of a good quality. The french fries were made to order and very crispy. The staff were friendly. The place was clean.

This my first opportunity to post this review. I was a frequent customer of bella Rosa until I had gotten a delivery of a pizza I ordered and when I had opened the box the entire top cheese toppings had slid to one side and off the pizza. When I called I texted a picture and was treated as though it was my fault. I was eventually given another but even prior to that IMO the quality of the their products had taken a turn for the worst. I know its convenient for many because of its location but I've began getting my pizza from little Anthony in Coatesville and my Stromboli from caln pizza. They're consistent with their quality and always willing to resolve any issues without question

Been going here for years. The food is very good, but it can take over 30 minutes to make once in awhile. It's our go-to place for pizza or larger orders for parties.

I ate here a few times when they first opened and loved it but since I live on the other side of Coatesville I hadn't had many chances to stop in since. Now that my parents live in the development next door I've gotten to eat here more often and they're still excellent! I do wish they had more sauces for their wings but I usually get a chicken steak or another hot sandwich. I've never tried the pizza since I can't eat cheese but the rest of my family loves it.
