If I could give no stars I would, this used to be our favorite place but our most recent experience there was horrible

The manager Brittany was very nice and professional, unfortunately one of her staff rudely came out to my car and ask who am I here for? I am African American and yes he was a young white boy with dark curly hair. Approaching me like I shouldn't be there. I was the only one parked outside for about 3 min. He didn't say "Hello, welcome, what's the name on the order?" He was just rude. I told him it's a grubhub order, I am a driver, are you bringing me the order after I told him the customer name. He says "I am not supposed to. Very ignorant and poor manners. I felt profiled.

Vegetarian options: I had a burger that was impossible, which was the name of the burger. I do not eat meat.

The Bourbon Street menu items are delicious. I really enjoyed the Sausage and Shrimp Penne. Felt extremely rushed by our server though. He was kind and friendly, but he was definitely rushing us through our meal. Definitely worried about his tip. As he mentioned it several times. Left 20% didn't feel it was worth it

Horrible service from the manager and everyone working there the manager for being racist.

A family member of mine had pink in their chicken tenders along with a bone. I do not recommend coming to this establishment with friends or family just go solo. It was so loud and you could hear people talking from across the room. The service was all right.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a pleasant overall experience. The ambiance is inviting, and the presentation of the food is impressive. However, I feel there’s room for improvement when it comes to the menu. The descriptions are not very detailed or explanatory, which made it a bit challenging to understand some of the dishes and their ingredients. A more descriptive menu would greatly enhance the dining experience.

On the positive side, the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, which added a lot of value to our visit.

Overall, it’s a good spot with great potential, and with a few tweaks to the menu, it could be even better!

Basic dinner out. Food quality ok and they seem do do a big takeout business. Dining room had lots of tables open on a Friday night.

Unfortunately my experience at this Applebee's location will forever live in my mind. There was a loooong wait without any check in about when the group (4) could possible be seated, given the fact that the restaurant was empty. When we were finally seated, it took 10 minutes or so to finally be greeted by our waiter Ken. Im not to sure if he was already having a rough day but his attitude was distasteful like the food we ate that night. When we finally ordered our drinks and they were being brought out to us, i saw Ken sneeze on our drinks. And he still gave it to us. I was disgusted and asked for the drinks to be remade and he started to huff and puff like the big bad wolf. Unbelievable. We then ordered our food and when he came back to serve us he smelled of cigarette smoke and was coughing very loudly OVER our food. Disgusting. One of the waitresses there addressed him about what transpired and he started to yell in her face. Now at this time there were more people in the restaurant so im sure they saw this altercation between the two. They way he disrespected, degraded, and inappropriately spoke to that woman was traumatizing and i will never eat here again. The food isnt even all that and this is the type of customer service you have to represent your establishment? Shameful. Ken needs to learn boundaries, respect, HYGIENE, and food safety. Also on my way out there was a big rat laying in the corner. Do Better.

We had an amazing time here at Applebees celebrating our friends 21st birthday! Our server Luke was amazing and so funny. 10/10 recommend and will come back!
