My takeout order was chicken fingers with French fries and a large coleslaw. The French fries were so over seasoned they were almost inedible. Ketchup helped. Since when are regular fries seasoned like that? The coleslaw was small and I asked for large. I’ve gotten a large before so I know it’s possible. Did you change the coating recipe on the chicken fingers? Because my husband wasn’t thrilled. I had the chicken wonton appetizer which was good. I’m sad to say this was a very disappointing meal.

everytime i get any kind of steak from this location it is never medium rare. i even clicked rare for what i ordered today and you can’t tell me this steak is rare..

We came with a large group of 12 and had an amazing time there. The staff was incredible and we will most definitely be making future plans there.

It was very quick and nice service in here. However, my Mac and cheese was hard. I let the server know but didn’t mind paying for it as I ate it anyways because I was hungry. Mike came over and told us he took it off our bill and gave us a free kids meal card :) thanks!

No complaints at all. Atmosphere is good and staff service is friendly and prompt. We went because they added Chicken Parmesan to the 2 for 25 menu. Absolutely delicious and I had enough to take some home for another meal.

Visited Applebee's while spending time with my parents in West Chester, and I now see why they love this place so much! The service was outstanding, our waitress Hailey was absolutely impeccable, and Team Lead Clayton was so pleasant and personable. It made our experience even more enjoyable. And of course, I can’t forget to mention how delicious the food was, everything was on point. It’s clear why this spot is a favorite for my parents, and I’ll definitely be back

Had an issue where my kid accidentally ordered some apps on the tablet at the table. Management was really nice about it and understanding of the mistake. Food was good, waiter could have been more attentive, but would return knowing they’ll ultimately try their best to do right by you.

What can I say? It’s an apple bees. Stick to fried things and burgers and the food is not bad. Everything else is just microwaved. The service is always great, and the drinks are reasonably priced.
