Great Irish Pub! Good selection of beers and drinks. Great comfort foods. Recently changed hands but the new owners kept the good vibe!

I came here to see a friend perform, but the food and service completely ruined the experience. The fries were old and gross, the mashed potatoes on the chicken pie were cold, and even the french onion soup came out cold. It took about 20 minutes just to be given menus after I asked for them, then another 40 minutes to get the fries and soup, and an additional 20–30 minutes for the chicken pie. The wait times / service were ridiculous and the food quality was awful — definitely not worth it.

This evening was unexpected to say the least…

From the start it was busy which I had been seated at 8pm after already waiting to be sat at 7:40pm which isn’t a big deal considering it’s a Saturday night so waiting is typical. Once called I was sat in the bar area at the time was busy and kitchen was a little busy from what the server had mentioned. No problem, ordered drinks and appetizers (two French onion soups). Around 830 we proceeded to order our entrees which I have never been at this establishment and was inclined to try the Hot Roast beef and my partner try the Meatball.

Therefore, after we ordered we patiently waited for our food without getting a follow up from the server seeing how the soups turned out to see how our satisfaction was. Time goes by and by the time 9:40pm over an hour of already ordering we still have yet to received our entrees and more than half of the tavern is empty as they close at 11.

I proceeded to get up and go up to the server whom was closing her checks out from the night as she was probably cut from her section and ask what is going on because it’s been over an hour… then states about 10-15 minutes which is unacceptable yet unprofessional considering we waited and waited, not being asked if we needed any refills, no apology or even a manager in sight to reassure that they apologize for the long wait.

Once the server came over and said it’ll be 5 minutes at this point I’m annoyed and pissed which she could seen that I spent my Saturday night waiting well over an hour for food that still isn’t ready after working 12 hours so I’m exhausted (sandwiches) and ask for the check… paid for the soups and left.

As a first time experience to this establishment I understand that it’s a Saturday and their busy… but at the same time I’m out to enjoy myself and have someone be attentive and touch base with their paying customers… I’d say this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had considering the lack of customer service and if you know it’ll be longer… your job is to keep the table updated every 10-15 minutes if the kitchen is still falling apart.

Biggest no-no was a manager not touching the table too. It’s ashamed considering the reviews seem great but my experience was lacking in it’s entirety

Onion soup the greatest. Noise level is the worse. Benches are the hardest9.

We ate on the back patio and had the traditional Irish fare, Shepherds pie and Corned beef. Both were excellent.
We will be back!

Pretty good. Needs a model, musky smell thought the place. Good parking. Hole in the wall. Old people vibes.

Great old skool Irish joint. Scotch eggs with Guiness grain mustard were on point, and the Guiness onion soup was frigging to die for. Give them your business.

Met a few friends here and the food was good. Service also good but the outside deck won me over. I had no idea how nice the outside was. Hidden gem.
