We absolutely adore Bonchon, so we make sure to stop by when we travel also. This location was spot on with their preparations, and Dakota was an excellent server! He might look just chill but he was actually sharp???
Bonchon recently introduced a new spicy flavor called “Yang-nyeom,” which means “seasoning” in Korean. It tastes like authentic Korean spicy sauce, and we absolutely loved it! ?

I will never order from this place again...the wings were dry as a bone and had no flavor...they were bland...I asked for the Korean BBQ sauce and I couldn't even tell if they put it on the wings...I also asked for coleslaw and the cup it came in was half full...I just don't see this place staying in business very long...it was horrible

Bonchon in West Chester serves hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. They’re incredibly light and crispy, and the sauces are out of this world—especially the Korean BBQ, which is surprising since I usually don’t like BBQ sauces. Another unexpected delight was the pickled radishes, which were cool, crisp, tangy, and had a slight sweetness, making them a perfect pairing with the wings.
I walked in thinking it wasn't a full-service sit-down spot, but it was, although the staff was very nice and attentive.
I’ll definitely be back, but next time I’ll probably order takeout to save on tipping.

I ordered here today and honestly it’s gone completely downhill. I had it a few times previously 3-4 years ago and it was an amazing and stand out concept/food. I don’t know what has happened but I got strips that were soggy and had almost no sauce at all. For $15 it was no better than some cheap frozen strips from the grocery store.
The fried rice also had close to zero meat. Haven’t tried it yet.. but from what I’ve tried so far I don’t hold out any hope.
I’m willing to pay a premium for premium food but when the quality goes down to no better than say McDonald’s, then why am I going to put out that money? Never again.

Ordered yesterday first time. The wings/ drumstick combo w,/ Cole slaw was excellent! Half were plain other half fusion BBQ style. Crispy. Juicy, flavorful and extra meaty.
