What an incredible addition to my beloved home town! While visiting from LA for Eagles kick off, I stopped in when my dad and I were sitting together at Jitters. Jessica is super nice and I was absolutely blown away by how delicious her brown butter chocolate chip cookies taste. The book selection is well curated and I was excited to find The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Rubin. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Today I meant to go to another store on this street but come to find it was permanently closed. When I went back to my car I decided to stop in this store to see what books they sell. The owner was great and talked to me for awhile, helped me pick 2 books because from the selection I was unsure of if anything would be what I wanted. But just from our conversation, he sold me 2 great books that are exactly what I needed. Great experience.

Small selection of books from various genres including romance. Newer books. Clean and friendly staff. Small bakery selection but fresh. One step up accessible. Just needs a bigger variety.

Went there to check it out for the first time yesterday. The owner was so nice and friendly! He even gave me a coffee on the house, so naturally I had to buy a book. The book selection they have is great! You can tell they take time to curate them. Definitely worth the visit!

My husband and I are from the Chicago area and while visiting our son, we tried several items from the Bookstore Bakery. He told us it was really good and it didn't disappoint! Each bakery item was absolutely outstanding! Best creme brulee that I've ever had. Custard tarts were far better than any that we've had from Chicago's Chinatown. I'm excited to be able to order a birthday cake for my son, since we are so far from him, and know that he'll be getting a high quality delicious cake to celebrate his birthday! We highly recommend Bookstore Bakery!
