Placed order online. Site said "OPEN" & took my order & charged my card. I get there & the door is locked and NO ONE inside! No one answering local or corporate phone numbers either. Thieves!
I placed an order online. When I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was closed, and no one was working there. The sign on the door said OPEN. I was still charged online for an order I did not receive. There were no options available online to cancel the order, or to request a refund. Will not be making any future purchases or orders with Boston Market.
