DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! NO ONE'S HERE!I placed an order online (before 6pm) last Wednesday to pick up for dinner on my way home. Site said it was open and site took my order and charged my card. I get to the store and the door is locked and no workers and no visible food inside. The lights are on, and my name was even on the order board inside! No one on location or at the corporate number is answering the phones and there's no voicemail to ask for a callback. Filing a claim with my bank to get my money back!

What happened to Boston Market? When we arrived, one door was locked and it looked like nobody was inside. We walked to the other side and went in. I asked the ONLY employee if they were open and he replied with, "If we wasn't open you wouldn't have been able to walk through that door." How gracious of him. I ordered my son's dinner. The corn was soggy, the chicken was dried out. And he told us they were out of cornbread. Plus, he packed our food TOGO without asking. We still dined in. Such a disappointment. This restaurant used to be great! Refund please!

I was still charged online for an order I did not receive. There were no options available online to cancel the order, or to request a refund. Will not be making any future purchases or orders with Boston Market.

I ordered burger and got a buffalo rotisserie chicken. When I got home, I noticed the receipt had a note on it that said they ran out. Like Whaaa? The Mac and cheese was gross.I walked in and the guy behind the counter did not inform me of anything.

The general manager at this store is phenomenal. He was professional, courteous, and did his absolute best. I have nothing but compliments to him and his work.Food was good too, cornbread is still my favorite. Mac and cheese had great flavor. Made for wonderful additions to my holiday meal.

Just awful. One of the worst experiences I have had with food and Customer Service. Please don’t put yourself through what I just went through! I should have left, except for I already paid for it online. Even my six-year-old told me that she was afraid she was going to have nightmares about the worker tonight because he was so angry and mean.

Online it says they are open at 11am. The sign on their door says they are open... I got here at 11:20am to pick up chicken for a potluck for lunch. The doors are locked and even though there is a red car in the parking lot I did not see anyone inside. I now have nothing to bring to the pot luck. Thanks alot.
