I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. I know that people's idea of different dishes are varied. I've been here several times and i've always had great service. I love the atmosphere of the place.It's so cozy. I love their salads. They're so original and fresh. I got three different pasta dishes that were in a sampler. They were very helpful when I asked for chicken on the side. The chicken was so good and hand breaded. The side salad...
I called to pick up an Italian hoagie, no onions with oil and extra vinegar. I got a ham and cheese sandwich with pickles on a long roll with tomatoes and lettuce. Not even close. For a Friday night, it was not very busy - in fact, two people waited on me. Food is a very personal request and Brothers just couldn't get this simple order correct.
I used to enjoy Brothers pizza. I passed several other pizza places to eat there tonight. Atmosphere dark. Ordered pizza and Cesar salad. My pizza slices were not even vaguely warm, though waitress was nice about warming it up for me. Cesar salad dressing tasted like mayo out of a jar. So when the lady asked if everything was OK I told her the dressing was bad and tasted like mayo. She told me it was homemade. I wished it hadn't been, store bought would have had more flavor....
