I called to pick up an Italian hoagie, no onions with oil and extra vinegar. I got a ham and cheese sandwich with pickles on a long roll with tomatoes and lettuce. Not even close. For a Friday night, it was not very busy - in fact, two people waited on me. Food is a very personal request and Brothers just couldn't get this simple order correct.
I used to enjoy Brothers pizza. I passed several other pizza places to eat there tonight. Atmosphere dark. Ordered pizza and Cesar salad. My pizza slices were not even vaguely warm, though waitress was nice about warming it up for me. Cesar salad dressing tasted like mayo out of a jar. So when the lady asked if everything was OK I told her the dressing was bad and tasted like mayo. She told me it was homemade. I wished it hadn't been, store bought would have had more flavor....
Brothers pizza gets the job done. You know it’s good when you consistently ask for a box for leftovers. I’ve come here a couple times during soccer practices. The basic large cheese pizza and garden salad are intensely satisfying. During the summer the wait staff are pretty young, but super friendly and attentive. Server had some of her friends come in to eat while we were there. Was funny overhearing them chat about friends and school.
