Buddy's Burgers Breast & Fries

Food was great but Hannah's customer service skills were absolutely trash. My family member didn't care for the food he got it had no flavor and made him a little sick. When he went up to get something new and say something Hannah charged him and when I went up there she got an attitude about it and threw out both receipts I told her I need them back and I want to speak to the manager with more attitude. I told her to grab them and give me the number for the manager she told me that I need to leave. It was absolutely ridiculous Luckily, another came back and got us a receipt and money back and we left.

I'll admit that my rating is based on that amazing turkey burger I had. I had it delivered but the delivery was prompt. I was skeptical because I came from Atlanta where food is seasoned to the heavens. It was juicy, flavorful, fresh, and just enough that I was satisfied. The fries were ok but I think they could have been cooked longer. I'll definitely have them again.

Buddy’s Burgers always hit, the Hangover is my personal favorite. That maple sauce is something else, and the price is super solid for a pretty big burger. Fries aren’t as crunchy as I like, but the seasoning is always great.

Great burger joint in town! Makes me so happy to see it still going strong. Came here as a kid very frequently. Now I’m 27 and still enjoy stopping in here for a burger & shake. Great burgers!

I visited this a few different times for lunch. The food is made to order and taste pretty good. The cashiers always seemed bothered that they have customers and are checking their phones when taking orders.

What happened to the fries?! By far the best fries since I moved to WC in 2015. I was so sad when I went to Buddy's this past weekend and saw that they changed how the fries are prepared. Really hoping this is just a temporary change!

The burgers were so awesome I came back and got two more!

The customer service here is god awful. 50% chance they mess up your order on god. I was a former employee here, and they do not treat staff well or pay well either. If you order for pickup you’ll need to put your hazards on in front on gay street and wait 20 minutes because they never are ready even if they order for pickup and they tell you 10 minutes.
