Restaurant is out of business. Reservation was accepted without notice. We arrived on time to an empty facility. Open Table needs to monitor this better.
I fell victim to the same lack of information. I should have read the reviews. Any chance this can be taken off open table?
Same disappointment as prior review. Reservation for 5 last night Arrived and totally closed, appeared to be still under construction. Couldn't get through on phone to listed number or to the Glen Mills location. Frustrating. It was a challenge to find another restaurant to accommodate our party on short notice
Byrsa's shut its doors in West Chester. The lights were off when we arrived and there was a sign for a new restaurant through the glass doors. We went for Mexican instead. OpenTable shouldn't accept reservations for a restaurant that is no longer in operation.
Place was closed. Called. No answer. Tried reporting to Open Table but no way to talk to anyone and automated system couldn't help. Very disappointed
Have dined there before and food is consistently very good Server was friendly but wait for food was excessive.
Wonderfully, reasonably priced and tasty Italian/Mediterranean dishes and great pizza. The owner and staff are simply amazing. Genuinely friendly and concerned for your experience. Great wine and I appreciate it being byob as well. Love this place and their Bistro in Glen Mills too!

Makayla was a very attentive and friendly waitress. Wazzir was helpful as well. Great flatbreads. Local wines and beers.
We just stumbled onto this place. This was our first time. We just got in from a trip in Mexico and we’re really craving a good pizza. Well, we loved the pizza and the servers were adorable. I can’t wait to come back and try other menu items.
Byrsa was the perfect spot for a get together! The food was inventive and delicious. Staff was wonderful.

Always have a great time and amazing food at Byrsa. The staff is very personable and you can tell there is great care taken with making the meals.
Fabulous hidden gem! Wish more people knew about this place, it would definitely be a hit! Great pasta and friendly service.
This was our first visit to Byrsa Bistro. Free lot parking is available. We were the first patrons, and only one other couple came in on a Wednesday evening. The server greeted us immediately, brought us water, bread and a delicious dip. I ordered the local Syrah, which was fine. We shared a bowl of mushroom soup which was absolutely delicious! I had a flatbread pizza and my husband had chicken parm with pasta. We shared a chocolate mousse dessert. Our food was quite good. The servings were good size, so we brought home leftovers. The restaurant itself could use an update. Overall, it was a lovely meal!
Food was a bit pricey for typical Italian food. It was good and no complaints. Very understaffed.
Love the food loved our waitress. Ambiance and decor could be improved with some better lighting but overall a great restaurant in a convenient location.
