Not sure who is in charge? Lot of young kids working. Not use if any are of age to be working.
The other pfoblem is dont seem like they know the menu or how to make the sandwiches

Cashiers are beyond nice and ensure you are getting what you want. This is my favorite time of year with the Bobbi on the menu. One of my absolute favorites

Don’t order the catering from Capriotti’s unless you are 100% sure you’re going to need the food. We ordered some thing and wanted to cancel about four hours before party, because the party was canceled, and they won’t take a cancellation over the phone, it’s impossible to do it on the website, and I had to go into the store, and even then they couldn’t do it and they had to take my details down to have the owner process it. Major inconvenience.

This was the skimpiest vegetarian chicken cheese steak I've ever seen! We also ordered a regular chicken cheese steak and that was fine, but the veg one was pretty short on veg meat. I'll stick to Appetites in Main for veggie cheese steaks from now on. This place is a rip off at $15 for this sandwich

My husband and I have always come to this shop for years and received good service. However, recently we have not received good service as our request of ingredients on our subs have not been fulfilled. I also find when I arrive there is no one in front of me, but when others come in they have been serviced before my order has been completed. Over the last two times I have come have not received good service after all the years we have order from the West Chester store. I hope things become better soon or we will have to find another store.
To be more specific: The first time of. Challenges I requested a veggi sub, and they gave us a meat sub. I also recognized at this time 2 individuals came into he store to order and left before my order was complete,
The second time which was today - August 16th it was my husbands birthday and he wanted a sub for his special day. I asked for three veggie subs with extra veggie turkey, mushrooms that was not placed on any of the subs. I also asked one sub not to have onions ;since I had a GI health issue, and we had to pick off the onions on all three subs.
The servers were nice, but did not prepare what I ordered. I also am concerned about why others will come into the store and leave before my order has been completed. I hope it is not a racial issue. I trust the next time I come to the store things will be better. I also should receive free orders since I have paid for something I did not receive.
I paid almost $50 and could not finish the sub it was so bad. I hope I never need to make this kind of review again for a store that has done such a great job in the past.

Friday night 2 weeks ago they were close to closing time and I was made the most amazing Vegitarian Bobbi and it was AMAZING!!! Thank you girls ?????????

I drove there for a cheese hoagie and got a ham and cheese hoagie for $15 and they don't care. Horrible place. One star is not even warranted.
Wagu au jus and a salad were a great meal. See you again.
