At the West Chester location, I ordered the overpriced turkey sandwich because of the description. The person sharing it with me actually thought it was tuna! The lettuce was nasty and brown. When entered the shop, both people ignored me for a time. Will not make this mistake again!

You walk in to order and pick up your sandwiches, and let me tell you. You will not be disappointed. Large. Full of meat. Dripping. It’s glorious. The Cole Turkey was amazing to the point my husband wanted to steal my sandwich. Can’t wait to try the others.

Ordered a sandwich through the website. Received confirmation from Capriottis and cc company. Sandwich wasn’t made when arrived because location didn’t receive order. Not a big deal.Took 10 minutes and had to repeatedly show confirmations to get Italian sub I had already paid for made. Wanted my license a s phone number etc. and were upset when I calmly refused.Website having issues is understandable. Treating me like I’m trying to steal a sandwich on the way to the hospital despite showing payment and order confirmation is frustrating. Likely won’t be back.

Capriottis is always a favorite, great food and at this location great staff. Vanessa and Sean were hard at work and still remained upbeat and friendly. They were very short staffed and extremely busy, but were able to accommodate me quickly with smiles on their faces.

I remember when you ordered a Bobby, it was packed with turkey. What happened? No turkey on the Bobby. Mostly filler. I won't be back. Good luck on your penny pinching.

The chicken they use is absolutely disgusting. Is it fake? Microwaved? Canned? It made my stomach turn. What a disappointment. Do not get anything with chicken. GROSS!!!
