Just picked up my food and the service was terrible. Multiple employees walked past me and never acknowledged me while my food was sitting in the pick up area. One employee hands someone their food and walks off while I’m standing right next to them. Food is always good but the service is terrible.

Decided to give this place another try. They forgot my sauces and never gave me a fork for my food . This location does not live up to the chick fila standards

Ordered food - delivery was quick and the food was good.However when leaving the drive thru I heard attendant say to coworker the Sprite is empty. Well the sSprie I ordered was just water and they gave it to me anyway. Did not have time to go back

Just opened by w 5 staff taking orders line shouldn't be so long. They forgot to ask about sauce?? Then "runner" dropped my fries as coming to my car.
Food good, but fries were cold. Still training going on so very slow.

Overpriced garbage, you're much better off going to Popeye's or KFC. They're open Sundays too.

Removed the option for no or light ice in your lemonade at this location. Got a large lemonade today and there was so much ice in my drink I couldn’t put the straw in the straw hole. Decided to check how much lemonade I got by pouring what was in my cup into a solo cup. Wow, it was literally maybe two shots worth. Didn’t even fill the cup a third of the way up, crazy.

Horrible service, there are literally over 1000 orders daily and the workers still don't work with urgency. Regularly wait for over an hour AFTER MY FOOD IS READY just to get served. They also don't have any line whatsoever and everyone just crowds as close as possible to the counter. They can act like this because students don't have a choice.
