I've had a number of experiences ordering online and picking up my meal, only to get home to find items missing. Even when we get the food, the burritos are often light on paid for ingredients or smashed down so they look like taco bell.
I cannot do anything else but highly recommend never ordering from this restaurant or eating at this establishment.
Despite ineptitude, the workers are all fairly pleasant.

Service is good. To the Manager. 2nd or 3rd time. The chicken is little burnt crisps. Today was 8/19/25 in the afternoon. Stop having them serve the bottom burnt chicken or supervise the person that cooks the chicken bc they burn it and it’s cut to small bits. That’s all. Next time I will add pics unless it gets fixed

Service was rushed, the resteraunt was covered in trash and crumbs, workers were short and not very welcoming. I love chipotle however my experience today wasn’t to the chipoltle standard

I got a veggie bowl. The portion was roughly half of what I'm used to getting at a chipotle; but, it doesn't matter because it was inedible due to the amount of salt. And then when you contact them as they suggest, nothing happens.

I like most of the employees here. However the employee in the middle of the line today around noon was awful. She gave a half scoop of everything I asked for. When I asked for another scoop of corn, I counted 5 pieces of corn. She also kept a smug look on her face the whole time I was there. Not sure if she likes rip people off or if she was just having a bad day, but there is no reason to take it out on customers.

This was by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve visited over 20 locations. I placed a mobile order and waited 20 minutes because no one was working on mobile orders. When I asked about it, they said someone was on it, but 10 minutes later, I noticed no progress. I had to point this out to the cashier, who then finally dropped off my order slip for them to start making it. The entire process was so inefficient. If you’re thinking of placing a mobile order here, you’re better off just going in person. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Rice was clearly hard and old, yet server still decided to give it to me instead of a fresh batch. I ordered chips with my bowl and was charged for them but I didn’t get them in my bag. They forgot my chips the last time I was there as well. Very disappointed in this location.
I could deal with the portioning getting stingy if they could atleast close the lids so it doesn’t spill out and ruin the floor of my car
I was honestly so shocked when the server gave me my chicken bowl with barely any chicken in it. I get that portions can vary a little, but this was ridiculously stingy — like two tiny pieces of chicken in the whole bowl. I even asked if that was the full portion, and they just nodded without a word. For the price, I expect a fair amount of protein, not just a scoop of rice and beans. Super disappointing experience.
Joelle is being so helpful right now! My little girl wanted Chipotle buffet at home for her birthday party and I am getting hooked up even though I'm last minute :)
