People must go here for the quantity of food 2 huge burritos and 2 lemonades at $33. Burritos so big they needed to be eaten with a fork. New chicken, didn't especially care for it. They make your food right on a counter that is so dirty with slopped around food I am not likely to go again but not everyone has that opinion as it was crowded.

This Chipotle needs someone to ACTUALLY manage it! Workers gathered around watching a video on a phone while customers wait, commenting on said video while customers wait, one employee simply wandering from place to performing absolutely no function except to bother other employees while they (the two that were actually working) try to work. Meanwhile, the counter looks like a bomb went off on it (food containers strewn here and there, food mixed with other food, etc), the floors in the kitchen area were covered in food and trash, few (if any) dining area tables were wiped, and the floor in the dining area was disgusting. …And this was a week night WELL after the dinner rush! THERE WERE LITERALLY 5 PEOPLE STANDING AROUND WHILE TWO PEOPLE WORKED!On the positive side, the food was fine. The woman who replaced the employee who fancied himself the restaurant entertainer did a fine job making my burrito. The cashier was lovely as well. I actually felt bad for them… they seemed like they were genuinely embarrassed by the behavior of their fellow employees.Management really needs to get a handle on their evening shift employees.Here’s a novel idea: why not simply ban phone usage while your employees are working?Mind. Blown!!!Or… you could keep allowing your employees to behave like children.Your choice.

The food quality at this chipotle is reliably less good than your average chipotle location. Not a bad idea to go sometimes for convenience, but if you have the idea you want chipotle sometime this week better to wait to go somewhere else.Pick up orders are also not conveniently on the rack to pick up, you wait to get them from the counter area. Location specific issues.

The Chipotle experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order through GrubHub, my order is consistently incorrect. On my first order, I requested a steak bowl with black beans, white rice, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. However, upon delivery, there were no beans, and instead of steak, I received beef barbacoa, which was overly salty. Last night, I ordered the same meal, and unfortunately, encountered the same issues. Moreover, there was a scarcity of rice in my bowl, and to compensate for the lack of rice and beans, they overloaded it with salty beef barbacoa. I would not recommend ordering from them online due to the poor presentation of the food. Instead of offering a refund, they simply replace the order with food that is hardly appetizing. Last night's meal was so unappealing that I didn't even consume the beef; I ended up discarding the entire order.
