came in on 10/14/25 later in the evening staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us samples to help decide. very great selection of ice cream and cookie dough, also topping !! they also offer lactose pill things very nice!! amazing will be coming back with my punch card!

Love this place! Can't wait until I can try the pumpkin pie cookie dough again

Extremely unwelcoming and very poor customer service. Visited this evening and quickly ordered something that I did not like/was unsure of just so I could get out of there. Not one smile and very few words. Felt like a nuisance and will not be returning.

This place absolutely does not serve cookie dough it's some weird chemically tasting sugar bomb not at all cookie dough!!! The ice cream was passible and the staff were nice though

We love this place! We travel over an hour to get here. The service is always great and the portion sizes are large.

I visited the shop on April 27 a little before 9 and the girl had an attitude and her long black hair was down so it was in the coolers, inside the tubs of ice cream, AND it even got inside my cup with the ice cream. Like at this point her hair was wet with ice cream, so obviously I said something and she got me a new one and a different flavor (with that same bad attitude). I’ve actually never encountered something so gross in a shop. Yikes.

Idk what they are selling, but it’s not cookie dough. It’s like a mousse like texture of just pure sugar. I’m pretty sure they are whipping in cool whip for added volume. Nothing at all like the edible cookie dough you are expecting and hoping for when you come here. I can’t speak on the ice cream but seeing as the place is called cookie dope and they are promising “cookie dough” I’m rating on that solely. The place is clean and the staff was nice, the product is just not what it claims to be.

Really wanted to love this but the cookie dough sadly tastes nothing like dough. Its very runny but the flavor is nice. I liken it more to frosting/cake batter. The ice creams good.

Genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and the delivery was so fast and packed with care

Long time customer however business was recently sold to new owner. Ordered several scoops of cookie dough and a single scoop of ice cream on a cone which was barely above the top of the cone. Kiddie sizes typically give more. I asked for an actual full scoop and then gave us what amounted to be another half scoop (still not a standard 1 scoop) then tried to charge us for 2 scoops. Loyalty card usually earns stamps (buy 10 get one free) for the cookie dough however tonight was told “you get 1 stamp” per transaction. Previously we would have gotten 1 stamp per scoop of dough. Overall extremely disappointed and will not be back. Shame on the new owners- def a different vibe.

Always tip your cookie dope host/hostess (that's what they call them there)
