Wrong order 3 times. First time I was offered for it to be remade. Perfect! Second time was told to contact DoorDash for a refund. Tonight, wrong order again with no resolution other than being told I got someone else’s order. I know that - that’s why I called. I’m done with this place. Overpriced drunk food.

I love it! As a vegan I only have so many options in town during the late night. In fact, right next door at buddy’s burgers they actually stop serving certain foods at some point in the night (like vegan options). Thanks for including those with dietary restrictions!

I waited a literal hour for a very simple order after everyone else was gone I was the only one sitting in there waiting and waiting and waiting they then tried to say it was my fault for not hearing my number being called when they were holding it behind the counter where I couldn’t see it and I went up and asked where my order was 3 different times so it made no sense how they could even try to blame me… aside from this the food was good but certainly not worth the wait.

the dp dough staff is amazing and soo respectful! last night I had aaron as my order taker. he was soo kind and did everything to make me and friends have a good time in there. the food is always sooo good and came out soo fast. Aaron also played my favorite song per request. honestly I think aaron deserves a raise. not only was he cleaning the restaurant but he was also engaged and dancing with the customers. Such a nice experience.

Guy behind counter was completely disrespectful, placed order at 1:25, it did estimated order finish time: 1:42, I understand I work in the service industry, it was crowded. After the crowd was served and dismissed around 1:50, I expected it to be finished soon. Asked about my order at 2:00, was given attitude and yelled at by said employee, and was screamed at again my order number when it was given to me at 2:05 in front of every customer in the building. Absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable.

I went in for the tots, because yum! They were yummy with the bacon and cheese. I got the regular size at $4.25. It was a pretty okay portion for a regular. However the electronic board said $4.25 and I left a bit of a tip and I left wondering why it came to around $7-8. When looking at the receipt it said $5.99. And the serving I got definitely couldn’t have been a large. That’s the only problem I had with my order, and feel they may want to change their prices on their electronic menu in store, or make sure to provide a large if one paid for a large.
