Did a mobile order, one other person in the store and no one acknowledged me and then when I asked was told “wait a minute”. There needs to be a way to pick up mobile orders without having to engage with rude help.

Been coming here since I was a kid, so 30+ yrs. Staff is almost always friendly and helpful and they have standard DQ ice cream, but my minor gripe is they have yet to figure out a line system in the store for ordering which just annoys me to no end since you can enter from two sides and there are three ordering windows, and it’s never clear which ones are open. Sometime people don’t know who is next in line and/or people will jump the line. On busy nights it’s straight chaotic. Solutions are so easy!

Nice benches outside to sit on and ample parking. Typical DQ ice cream experience. Tasty and ok for the price. Would love to see indoor seating option at this place. They have a big lobby that fills quick with a line in the summer, but we went on a cold day and froze on the outdoor benches. A couple folding chairs inside would be lovely just for winter.
I ordered on the app previously here at this location before and I got my order. But I ordered on the app here, I went to the location after placing my order and I go inside and the worker at the register proceeds to tell me that they don’t accept online/app orders. I ask him if he can just make me my order since I paid on the app… he says he can but I would yet again have to pay for it. I asked for a refund and he told me to “call support and ask them” I did in my car right outside of the location. The lady on the phone told me she processed my refund. I then got an email a few days later saying I would have to go back to the store to get my refund. Awful service smh

I've been going to this dairy Queen for years and love this place and it's super clean, but recently in the last three or four times I've been getting very small portions of ice cream for the amount of money that they charge, before that it was a decent amount for the price that they charge which is a lot but I don't mind paying if you're getting a decent amount. I think they need to train their new help to make sure they give enough ice cream. I even get pup cups and the last couple times it was only about an inch from the bottom of the cup. I hope they change so I don't give it any less than four stars. But like everywhere these days I'm tired of paying more and getting less, it's getting old. ###UPDATE### My wife and I have been here 3 more times after review and you lost loyal customers. We will not be going back. The flavor has changed and each time we both felt a little nauseous after, maybe you changed the ingredients? Good Luck
