I asked for & paid for extra toppings in my blizzard (Oreo & heath). The blizzard I was given barely had any toppings in it compared to the ones I’ve been receiving from this same location for years. When I let the person working know about the lack of toppings, they argued with me about the amount of toppings in the blizzard, and said they gave me what I asked for… terrible customer service

We could not find a Dairy Queen when we moved out here to West Chester. This place was great. I ordered like 5-6 things at once and the guy who took my order remembered all of it. I always feel good with places like this because I know the server is listening and won't mess up your order.

Kennett Square used to have a Dairy Queen and it's gone, I come to this one and it's awesome, cute girls working there, what not could you ask for besides the best soft serve ice cream and different flavors and mixed.

Way overpriced and the blizzards my wife and daughter got both had noticeable less amount of cookie dough. Kinda seemed like just vanilla with the slightest bit of other stuff. Won't be going to DQ anymore. This used to be my wife's favorite place but it's changed.
