I’m really disappointed with Domino’s. I tried calling the store several times throughout the day because I didn’t want to download their app, but no one ever answered the phone. Eventually, I gave in and ordered through the app, then waited about 20 minutes before heading to the store. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started making my pizza. I honestly just suggest getting pizza somewhere else where it’s more convenient.

In my opinion everything seems good. Food quality, taste and cleanliness of the store. I went during the lunch time and its not crowded. The person who prepared the pizza throughly checked the quality before handover.

The management of this operation is horrendous. Numerous times I paid for items that were not included in my order. They don't give you the sauces or icings you pay for, or at best give you the wrong ones. I rarely write reviews but this location is so bad I cannot take it anymore. DO NOT order from here.

Service sucked! We placed take out order and in the app it showed as ready. But when we reached to the store none of the items were even ready.
They marked my order delivered when a never received it. Called the driver, no answer. Called the store...ive been on the phone waiting for someone to answer for over 20 minutes and counting
Update: Finally got someone on the phone after 33 minutes. He said he was from Philly i should have gotten a name but he was EXTREMLY rude. I asked for a refund because he said it would be another hour and a half at least (?!?) to get my order. He also blamed the issue on me for not answering my phone (i saw the missed call 2 minutes after it was made and called right back). My profile clearly has my apartment number, never had an issue in the past and its autosaved. He was calling because apparently he needed the apartment number. I just hope he really gave me a refund because with his attitude i do not trust going to this location any longer. Oh i also called papa johns to get my pizza elsewhere...15 minute wait

ordered a pizza since i had rewards, while tracking driver left at 6:58 and my pizza ARRIVED at 7:53. not even fresh, cold and seems as if they made several other deliveries before mine. as well as the car going back to store to get other orders before delivering mine???

This is the best Dominos location in the area. The consistency of order correctness and quality can vary from time to time but they have a great set of people running it right now. Delicious, inexpensive pizza and lots of online coupons and rewards. Nice place to eat inside. Very quick to complete orders. No complaints here.
