We Ordered a pineapple thin crust pizza and Pan cheese pizza. On which they called and said they don't have a onions and I am vegetarian. And Instead of sending me Cheese Pizza they send me Pepperoni pizza.I called them, the server name Jay(omg this guy was super rude) and he refused to send the replaced Pizza.And just a mid size pizza and garlic bread cost me $32.

horrible experience ordered food not only did it never arrive when i called to tell them it never arrived they were very short with me and trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible as well as not refunding me after saying they would refund me, this has place has gone downhill and i’m waiting for the day it

I placed an order for a pizza with a few toppings and an 8 piece of wings with extra blue cheese. When I received the order the pizza had little to no feta cheese and was cut into completely disproportionate slices, we also never received blue cheese with our wings. The disproportionate slices were an issue given the pizza was being shared with multiple people and it was just inconvenient. So Dominoes offers to send another pizza with the blue cheese for our wings. I appreciated the correction of the issue but it took nearly an hour and a half to arrive and sitting on hold for nearly 20 minutes. Then when it did finally arrive still no blue cheese. I get this isn’t some family owned shop that survives on quality and customer service but at this point if I want mediocre pizza I might as well just buy a frozen one at the grocery store and make my own wings. At least then me and my friends wouldn’t be sitting around hungry for two hours and still be missing toppings and condiments.
I've been waiting for over 90 min for my delivery, and the online tracker now says delivery time 35 min from now. I am starving and furious. And they won't pick up the phone at all -- it's just endless chirpy ads for whatever their new menu items are. Way to do business, Domino's. ZERO stars across the board.

The worst customer service I’ve come across in a long time. Delivery took over an hour. When I called to see what the issue was the so called manager offered no help then asked what the issue was and why I was calling. I have lived in West Chester for 20+ years and have been ordering from this Dominos since I moved in. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.

This location used to be great, but now they take hours to deliver your food and don’t pick up their phones. Extremely rude employees. Something has gone totally wrong here — read the other recent reviews. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They don’t deserve anyone’s business.
