I visited this Dunkin’ for the first time and was happy with our order. We ordered two coffees and two egg and croissants and both came out perfect how we ordered it. The location is small but does have a few areas for seating. Overall, pleased with our order and therefore I rate this location a five star based on our coffee and croissant order.

Working in a retail consumer environment can be difficult, especially in food. I was impressed with how positive and friendly the staff was at this location. I’m a firm believer that positive acknowledgment should be provided when you have positive experiences.

Deducting a star cause it says they open at 6:00am on Sunday, but just drove past and it was closed at 6:15 ... I don't order any fancy coffees or breakfast sandwiches, just a regular coffee and donuts sometimes.Like most retail chains, service can be hit or miss but the staff is usually friendly. Doesn't stand out as some locations who have a higher standard of customer service (and I'm talking the minimum like "hello" and "thank you") but it's...
