Sign says they close at 6pm. I stopped at 5:45 to find locked/blocked doors and was refused acknowledgment when attempting to go through the drive-thru.They generally don’t have a good selection of donuts (their namesake) when I’ve stoped in the past. You lost my business. Apparently a lot of other’s as well.

Has never gotten an order wrong, but it is a hit or miss when it comes to timeliness in the drive-through. Also depends on the people in line so not totally their fault.

Not such a great Dunkin around town. I would pass by in weekend mornings and they would not have most items available. Really unprofessional. Never a responsible adult in the evening always teens I don't mind but most are not trained correctly. You will see a bunch of people in the morning but the evening there is only 2 people and they are teens. Need to have better management.

This place is so inconsistent...... am is ok. Afternoon people not so much..... I get the same ice coffee and they charge me a different price each time. I try to tell them that I pay one amount, then it's different. today.... Makes no sense.... I have tried to be forgiving, but no one is trained consistently...... the other Dunkin Donuts where I live are much better and consistent!! Guess I will be going somewhere else

I NEVER write reviews... like EVER but this place is the absolute worst. I come here very often as it's on my way to work. There is never NOT something wrong with my order. If you ask for extra, they give you less than normal. If you ask for sweet cold foam, they give you whipped cream (i know it's practically the same thing, but i didn't ask for just whipped cream). place is a joke tbh.

Put an order in on the app at 5:30. Got there 10 minutes later and no one was there. Drove up at 6 and still nothing. Came back at 6:15 and finally got my food but got one wrong item, had an item missing, and no napkins. Go somewhere else.

This place is never open. Even though it says it's open until 6, it isn't. They have a tendency to close at random times. It is rarely worth the drive to go there unless you happen to be passing by and might catch them open.

Can someone PLEASE re-train the weekday afternoon employees. They NEVER make ANY drinks right! HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE AN ICED CARAMEL LATTE????!!!! My husband got an iced coffee with sugar. That's it, nothing else in it.... They gave us an iced coffee with no sugar and added creamer.... What??
