Christmas Eve supposed to be open until 7pm on Google but they didn't update Google. Who uses that anyway? The flashing open signs were a classy touch to the incompetence.

tried to use a coupon that was offered on the app , but the app had no option to select donuts to fulfill the deal. I went in store and asked the employee to please honor the coupon and the employee told me the scan did not work. I showed him multiple times the coupon was in date and asked if he could find a way to honor the coupon and employee refused and just kept saying it doesn't work. horrible attitude, no customer service, and no follow up from location when I sent in a complaint. this location is constantly understaffed and the staff they do have has been unpleasant to work with.

Tried using mobile app to place order was not working efficiently. I had to place the order inside the store which took entirely too long. Definitely understaffed. Store is currently being renovated. Employees were complaining about management of the store. The manager/owner obviously doesn’t care about the reviews. I don’t see one response from the owner/manager.

The short girl working in the front acts like she's mocking people. I tell her when the order will be ready, she shrugs her shoulders, and the employee in the back talks about it before walking out. I won't be able to be this disrespectful. I will never come here again.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Bathroom is always “out of service” so they don’t have to maintain it. Staff is rude. No drive through, parking lot is terrible. Worst Dunkin in the area.

At 9 am they had very very little options for donuts. The employees were unprofessional and just didn’t care. I was waiting for my coffee and one of the workers was eating right in front of me and saw me waiting. I thought maybe she was on break but she just didn’t care that I was waiting. The manager had to go up to her and ask her to make my coffee, after asking what I waiting for. don’t go to this location unless you wanna hang out and watch the employees eat while they ignore you even being there.

Unprofessional. I placed an order in the app to pickup in the store (which Google says has a drive thru and does not). I go in to pickup what should have been an easy order of a dozen donuts. 3 people are standing around, one on their phone, having a conversation not meant for customers. Then after a couple of minutes of me standing there, I am asked what I'm waiting on. No hello or how can I help you. I tell them my name and order to which one of them says they only have- and lists the orders out. The guy comes over and looks at a screen and says oh yeah here it is. One of them asks him why he didn't make it and he responded to them. He opened a box, put on one glove and tossed 12 donuts in a box. Then closed it and said "here you go sweetheart." As someone old enough to be a parent to all of them, I was irritated that such a passive aggressive notion of sweetheart would be used after such disregard.
My coffee was so strong could not drink it My bagel was burnt, dry and had no cheese. This is the first time I had a bad experience with

We love Dunkin but we will not be going back to this location. Staff was rude, one girl was yelling about her personal life and other customers while we waited to order. We had to ask to receive our donuts after they never gave them, and our drinks were wrong and not even full. To top it off, my husband and daughter got sick to their stomachs after eating plain glazed donuts. Not worth the hassle.
