At 9 am they had very very little options for donuts. The employees were unprofessional and just didn’t care. I was waiting for my coffee and one of the workers was eating right in front of me and saw me waiting. I thought maybe she was on break but she just didn’t care that I was waiting. The manager had to go up to her and ask her to make my coffee, after asking what I waiting for. don’t go to this location unless you wanna hang out and watch the employees eat while they ignore you even being there.

Unprofessional. I placed an order in the app to pickup in the store (which Google says has a drive thru and does not). I go in to pickup what should have been an easy order of a dozen donuts. 3 people are standing around, one on their phone, having a conversation not meant for customers. Then after a couple of minutes of me standing there, I am asked what I'm waiting on. No hello or how can I help you. I tell them my name and order to which one of them says they only have- and lists the orders out. The guy comes over and looks at a screen and says oh yeah here it is. One of them asks him why he didn't make it and he responded to them. He opened a box, put on one glove and tossed 12 donuts in a box. Then closed it and said "here you go sweetheart." As someone old enough to be a parent to all of them, I was irritated that such a passive aggressive notion of sweetheart would be used after such disregard.

We love Dunkin but we will not be going back to this location. Staff was rude, one girl was yelling about her personal life and other customers while we waited to order. We had to ask to receive our donuts after they never gave them, and our drinks were wrong and not even full. To top it off, my husband and daughter got sick to their stomachs after eating plain glazed donuts. Not worth the hassle.

Came by today to get a bagel, a couple of donuts, and a gift card. The woman mentioned I needed to do those transactions separately - no big deal. When ringing up the gift card, she accidentally hit cash, however I planned to pay by credit. She immediately was like oops, let me get my manager. Again, no big deal. The manager walks over instantly annoyed and says to the girl “jeez you can’t do anything”. The girl was sweet and made a minor mistake, I felt so bad. The manager then was giving me attitude asking how much cash I had to pay with cash.. I said I don’t have quite enough, can you void it and start from the beginning? She said no you can’t do that - it’s cash it’s cash. It made no sense. She stood there arguing with me saying there was nothing she could do. So basically she was expecting me to still somehow pay.. which obviously I couldn’t and didn’t. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. And my donuts were stale. No criticism to the young woman just doing her job. The manager however (whose name I did not catch - but she was wearing a hijab) was all around disrespectful and unaccommodating. She didn’t even apologize.

Staff so rude and immature, constantly judging giving dirty look and laughing at you while talking amongst each other. They're always super ignorant and it's mind blowing. I tried to give a second, third chance but after countless times going and the same immature kids acting like this is high school and gossiping I can't bring myself back and I highly recommend everyone stay away, or teach your staff how to not be immature.

This place has unfortunately become a bit of a joke amongst where I work and the other places of business directly around us. Your food will be wrong every time. Whether you order online or in person. No pleasantries, they act like they're doing you a favor, and then when you tell them your food's wrong, they stare at you like you're the worst person on earth.At first I thought it was just me, so I started having other coworkers order for me. Food is still wrong. I get it, I work retail and I understand things happen. What I don't understand is how they happen consistently.The food you get half the time isn't even warm, cheese is not melted, bacon is bad. It has left such a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) that I go out of my way not to go there or recommend it to others.Go across the street to Wawa, at least your food will be right, avoid this place.
