The short Indian woman at the cash register was pretty rude when I tried to order. She acted exasperated when I asked her to scan the code on my phone. Turned right around and walked out, I don't spend my money at places like that. 12/3/25 at 9 AM.

On 10/23/25 around 530PM I went through drive thru to pick up my mobile order. There was a Caucasian male who didn’t say anything and slammed my coffee on the counter and then just handed it to me without even acknowledging me or saying you are welcome after I thanked him. He was not polite either when speaking on speaker. I come to this Dublin daily and hope he is retrained on his customer service.

Please work until official business hours, I didn’t get my Latte, in 7:55 pm. Just nobody served me, stay inside clean and just ignore client.
And the donuts keep getting smaller. At first I noticed their Boston Creme. Now it seems to be all the donuts. I believe the donuts are made elsewhere and then perhaps filled at the local stores. So I'm not sure the size is the fault of this particular location but it's the one I most often frequent. Anyway it takes at least 3 or more to get 2.

When this place is good, it’s so good. But about half the time a drink is wrong, or a food item is wrong/replaced without any conversation about it. They also literally never have blueberry donuts, which often makes me go to other locations since they’re my favorite.
