The fried pickles were super salty. The chicken tender sandwich had two balls of chicken in it, a challenging situation to hold on to while trying to bite it. They kept falling out. Perhaps they should slice the chicken ? Slices makes sandwiches work. Ordered a Deer Park water but they wouldn't let me have it, kept handing me something else, said they didn't have any when there was a 12 pack in the fridge. They closed with our silverware still outside on the benches on the sidewalk, not a care in the world to retrieve them or the napkins (paper towel roll). If it gets windy, which never happens in Chester county, the paper towlel roll becomes litter. In summary, kind of an odd experience.

I loved this place for awhile but my last couple of recent orders have been a let down in the heat department, I ordered the hottest level and it tasted like it was mild. I have told all my friends to go there and have come many times seems over the last couple of years some of the quality has gone down or has become inconsistent between sandwiches.

I ordered the “Fire Signature” sandwich with the chicken breast option (X-Hot), and without exaggeration it was the best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had. The sandwich as a whole was the full package, but the chicken by itself was better than any fried chicken I can recall having. I also ordered 2 tenders because I wanted to try the “cluck around and find out”. The chicken tenders were equally as good with a real kick. Craving fried chicken or chicken sandwich? Look no further, seriously.

This place is GAS! Chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The sandwiches are perfect with the sauces and cole slaw. If you're ordering from here you HAVE TO add the pepper jack mac and cheese bites. OMG. A Gem to West Chester!!!
