Dined here two days ago and were served spoilt potato salad. We hardly ate any because of the offensive smell and just a small taste was enough to find out. Staff refunded the item and rest of the food tasted good.

Order accuracy is important to me. The only reason I did not leave one star is because they called the manager and they authorized a refund for this failure. Brought a guest with me. My order was not fulfilled correctly AND there was no hot seadoning on my Nashville Fire Wings. Fellas, this is your signature product and uou failed to deliver it. Bland KFC wings are not what I am looking for. Every one of these Nashville Hot concepts serve HOT wings with kick and spice and yet you managed to screw this up. Furthermore, there did not seem to be accountability from the cook who looked like some child. Truely I expect more regarding accountability. The server was professional and handled herself well because I was not happy with this experience and I let her know it. Must do better. Must be consistant. Forgeting your signature ingredient is not like forgetting a fork, or sause, or napkins.

Two hot chicken places recently opened by me. One had very good breading but it over powered the paper thin chicken. Other place was a nice meaty chicken with minimal breading. Both places skimped on the toppings and sauce.Fast forward to fire Nashville. Omg, they perfected this hot chicken thing. Right amount of topping and sauce. Flavorful chicken, was worth the nearly 50 mile round trip.My only complaint, parking is hard to find in the street. I risked towing and parked in a shopping center lot. This isn't Fires fault.

So good! The chicken fingers are super moist and crisp! The fried pickles are also amazing; not wet, very crispy with a flavorful coating. We had desserts which were delicious: carrot cake and banana pudding. They have a unique Dill pickle relish that was a super addition to multiple dishes. We ordered several appetizers and really liked the deviled eggs, in addition to the fried pickles.
Had some very very good chicken this past week at Nashville. One of your cooks, I believe his name was Corey, put in an absolute clinic at the fryer! He went above and beyond and he should be working up front with those looks of his! Definitely will be

Best food at booths corners, eat there every week and it always beats the previous. I absolutely LOVE the loaded shack tots with come back sauce on it, the fried chicken with the tots mix perfectly, I have tried to replicate it many times on my own but it never lives up to the real deal.Kid-friendliness: I go there almost every weekend and get the loaded shack tots, best meal every time. Good service for how crowded that hallway is but what ever wait time is made up for with those tots
