Fusion Restaurant

I went here for years even before it was Fusion. The food is old especially the sushi. They either keep it too long or buy the most inexpensive. Even their cucumber is old and stale. They haven’t invested a dime since they’ve opened and changing the atmosphere cleaning the waterfall, etc.
We have moved on to Mino. We moved on

Recent poor experience, usually don't eat in but have before. Me and 3 others went out for food, the sushi was so malformed that not a single piece looked presentable or uniform. One of our party said his food was so overcooked he couldn't finish it, and his came 8 min later than the rest of our group. Along with that the door dash noises filled the entire restaurant and they would go on for minutes at a time. Service was very slow considering that there were only 3 tables occupied and we would have to wave down the server to order and get the check. Overall will not come back any time soon. Its disappointing because I have had good experiences here in the past.

So lucky to have this amazing gem in our West Chester neighborhood! For 15 years we have been having delicious family dinners at Fusion. The sushi is fresh with a huge assortment of rolls. Our meal always begins with Kani Salad and a greeting from the friendly waitstaff. I will return for the salmon lovers roll AND really enjoyed the special “sushi sandwich”.

Great people, wonderful food, great service

Great menu selection offering a plethora of options. Incredible atmosphere, you are greeted by a water fountain as you walk in. The lighting is great throughout the restaurant. Great sushi menu as well. Suitable for families and couples. Will definitely go again. Plenty of parking as well.

This is my girlfriend’s favorite restaurant. We stop for the lunch special sushi more times than we can count. It’s such an amazing deal. I even got it for her the night I proposed. She said yes and I think the spicy crab roll played a part in it. 100% recommend to anyone, dine in or pick up.

Been going here for years! We love all the different kinds of special rolls! Crab ragoons are a must have. Service is spot on and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. This will always be our top pick when wanting a good sushi restaurant!

My fiancé and i absolutely love this place! They have the best pad Thai I’ve ever had and their crab rangoons are so fresh and some of the best we’ve tried. The owners are so kind and sweet! I really hope it gets busier in there because they definitely deserve it!

I had one of the horrible experiences in this restaurant, the food was oily and didn’t seem fresh at all. The Green Sauce Curry we ordered was only spicy with no other flavor to it, the vegetables seem frozen in the curry and I could guess it by the smell that the food was stale. No wonder the restaurant was empty on a friday night
